I have used Ebates since November, doing holiday purchases, etc and so pleased not only with the availability of multiple stores but the rebate that I will receive back. I also had a issue where I needed help and the response time was prompt. This is a great site!

I was very upset to have ordered a Groupon and it not show in my eBates purchase.
Alexis was wonderful however, in fixing this error and making it one of the most simple processes to get the situation resolved!

I realized I did not receive credit for a Christmas purchase. I contacted the generic email and was instantly contacted. A few pieces of information were needed in my end and before I know it, Danielle had looked into the problem and resolved it. It has taken barely 30 minutes. Thank you for your concern, professionalism, and promptness.

Love this site! Love the Ebates toolbar that automatically alerts you and asks you if you want to activate Ebates and even lets you know what the discount shopping codes are for that site. I shop and earn extra dollars just for shopping where I would typically shop. Refer a friend and earn more dollars!

Ebates helped me resolve a problem that I was unaware of on my end. Thanks to them I have more advantages to my account.

While Ebates responded to my initial email quickly, it took my persistent emails to get a solution to my problem. I am fully satisfied with the outcome of my problem and will continue to use Ebates and suggest it to my friends..

I had an issue with one of my purchases not showing my cash back. I contacted customer service and in less than 24 hours they resolved my issue and my cash back from the purchase was in my Ebates Account! Ebates is awesome!

Chris from Customer Care at Ebates is amazing! He took the time to answer all my questions and answered each of my emails in just minutes. He helped me understand how Ebates works and you could tell he just loves what he does! He was so patient and helpful and kind.
