I am fairly new to Ebates, and thought I had went to a specific website via Ebates to place my order. As soon as I had completed my order, I realized that I had not went in via Ebates. I quickly emailed customer service and Daniela promptly explained that she could make an exception with the email confirmation of my order and took care of this in a matter of minutes. That is an excellent example of remarkable customer service, and I will not make the same mistake again. Kohls didn't send ebates the info they needed to credit my account. They gave me the money and I gave them all the proof I had.

Ebates has great offers, and best of all - all you need to do is shop through their site and they take care of the rest. This is the second time (out of many positive Ebates experiences) I've had to contact Ebates because of a merchant that inadvertently didn't issue a rebate. Ebates customer service has once again responded to my inquiry with fast and efficient service and resolved my problem in a VERY timely manner with very little effort on my part.
I had an expired Big Fat Check and asked if I could still cash it. Not only is Ebates going to reissue it, they found two more checks that I hadn't cashed which they are going to reissue also. Over the top customer service!
I bought a photo scanner from this site. It arrived in a reasonable time frame. However, the product did not work. I first contact the seller... no response. Then I got rakuten customer service involved. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks. Finally I contacted the people at Google (as Rakuten is a Google Trusted Store). As soon as Google stepped in I received a full refund, a $10 gift certificate to use on Rakuten (not that I will buy from them EVER) and a $25 gift card from Google for all my troubles.
