Any time I have an issue with the store not reporting to ebates, the customer service team takes care of it no problem. I used a site discount code which I didn't know voided out my ebate but the customer service rep Kathleen manually added it and just let me know in the future to watch out for that. This is the best website I have ever found.

Very fast replies & even on a Sunday.

Customer service is so quick and always helpful if there is a question. I usually purchase online, get my money back, and pick up the items from the local stores - Walmart, Home depot, Lowes. Everyone should use Ebates!

I wrote on a weekend, received an email response within the hour -helpful, apologetic for my issue and took care of it right away!

I noticed I had not received my big fat check. So I checked on my ebates account and it didn't look like a check had been sent. I emailed customer service to inquire about the situation. Ebates customer service responded very quickly and the issue was resolved easily by updating my address. Thank you Ebates!

Alexis with Customer Care was exceptional and provided a GREAT experience. Even though I was in error, Ebates took care of me, and Alexis was the BEST!

After noticing my check hadn't arrived, I realized that I hadn't updated my new address on my account. I contacted customer service about it and within hours they were sending me a new check with no problems at all. Thank you Rachel for being so helpful, prompt, and friendly!

I began using ebates several weeks ago. I had a couple of questions, which were replied to promptly and courteously. The issues I had were resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend ebates to anyone wanting to save a little extra money on purchases they would make anyway.

I was missing a cash back from a recent purchase, and they replied to my email within 15 minutes, and credited my account before doing their investigation. I'm very please as a short term customer.

I love this site. The savings are great and the customer service is the Best! I found an E-Bates uncashed check which was over a year old and within an hour I received a very timely response and will be issued a new check! Thank you EBATES!:-)

Ebates team is great! I had some issues with my cash back, which didnt appeared on my account due to some issues, which they happily resolved.
