Very pleased with the way my request was processed. Lynn was very friendly and polite. My refund was processed without any issues.
Very professional, thank you so much for everything!
I had purchased a couple of gift cards, on did not work, call Raise Support, as soon as they checked on card they refunded the amount of Gift Card. Very helpful support team
I prefer to get the physical cards, and I didn't know what the timeline was for receipt. It had been a week, and I was afraid someone might have stolen it in transit or out of my mailbox. Naevia explained it all to me and gave me the expected arrival date. So all is well.
Only trouble I had was if the card doesn't. Show up as soon as I order. The 2 times it happened I called in and the card was quickly made available. I will not buy anything online or in the store until I see it the store is listed and if they have a card for sale. It takes a little time, but spending time to research and saving money is better than loosing out on saving
I am a couponer and it is. All about saving. I am totally happy
Awesome company
She took care of my issue quickly and with out questioning me unnecessarily. I have made a number of orders with Raise, and this is the first time I've had an issue or needed to call a rep. The support provided to me by Naevia, will keep me as a customer.
Naevia was very professional and compassionate. She handled my issue exceptionally well.
She is a real asset to her company.
Thank you Lovely, I appreciate all your help. The first time calling in and I couldn't have done it without your help.
This is my second encounter with Raise.com's customer service, I purchased a $50 Steak n Shake card while at that restaurant. The purchase went through but the e-card did not show up on my device, I wanted to save the 15% on the meal then but the e-card did not show up in the "wallet" on their app, the receipt stated that most are immediate but can take up to 24 hours. I called Raise.com and spoke to Naevia who quickly looked into this for me and was able to push the transaction through the approval to get my e-card delivered to my "wallet". I have had a very positive experience with Raise.com and will continue to use their service to get the most value from my dollar.
I ordered 2 gift cards with separate credit cards and one worked great! The other one told me I needed to call and verify my order or it would be canceled... I called the company and they told me I needed to give the phone to the card holder... So I did and they hung up on us! We called them back and they said your order has been canceled, we cant sell to under 18 years of age! NOR ME NOR the card holder where under 18 years of age! UGGG!
I see a lot of rave reviews for Raise. I will give my experience. I listed three Southwest Airlines $50 gift certificates. Be aware you have to put in the gift card number AND the PIN number when you list them. So that leaves you extremely vulnerable. Vulnerable as in, they can now steal the balance on your cards. Several days later, the action still said "pending", meaning the cards were not available yet for anyone to bid on. I called Raise; 29 people in front of me (said the recording) to get to customer service. I tried to chat online. 6 people in front of me. Sent an email. Never got an answer. Took the cards off the site. Will not use them again.
PS A couple of months later, yes MONTHS later, I received an email from Raise with a bogus "conversation" I supposedly had with their customer service online. They were explaining about airline ecards and why they put holds on them. Please be advised, I never had a conversation with anyone about anything, it was a complete FAKE. PLEASE pay attention to these warnings and do not buy anything, or attempt to sell anything, with this company.
Downloaded the app on my phone. Wanted to check to see if promo code was valid and accidentally hit pay instead of apply. Not my first time using, had a card saved so it went through. Immediately contacted them. It took 10 days to get a response! In those 10 days the payment was processed and they refuse to refund. End of me doing business with them. Avoid this company. Find a local place that will buy/sell physical gift cards if possible.
Had issue with Dillards online order, store cancelled 6 processed online order with no further assistance was able to contact Raise specialist Lovely whom was understanding and receive refund on Dillard's gift card purchase with no issues. Thank you for the great service!
Had to call in because an order took longer to process. Bryce, the rep that returned my call, was extremely helpful and friendly!
Bryce was great is assisting me with my call. He also gave me a great idea with how to present the code to the person it was going to! I greatly appreciated it! This was my first time purchasing from them and I will be a member for life!
Placed an order and needed it to be processed quickly. Called in and talked to Rico who helped me expedite the processing or at the least was going to cancel and refund me my purchase. Awesome support on Christmas Eve. Thanks
Very fast worth my call today. Although I was only being impatient, he was very helpful!
Tried three times to contact the company to resolve an undelivered order. Two times via the '*******@raise.com' email address with never an answer over a period of several days. Third time I used the 'Help?" floating button and got the issue resolved the same day. In all fairness, once they realized I was having a problem the issue was resolve quickly. I would suggest better monitoring of their email 'support' service or add a search algorithm that looks for embedded order numbers that would automatically trigger a 'support ticket'. The difficulty in contacting the company is the reason for my average rating.
I've used Raise to both sell my unwanted gift card and buy discounted gift cards. Great deal for everyone, Raise commission is fair, support is quick and friendly. A+ all around.
Raise is an fantastic company to work with - excellent customer service and great deals as well. They are the best gift card reseller to deal with, hands down.
Answer: I had a problem with the lowes gift cards i purchased from Raise as they did not work at lowes. It took upwards of 10 calls and over 3 months before I received my over $700 back. I will never buy anything on Raise again
Answer: People should unite and file a class action lawsuit against these guys, any attorneys reading this?
Answer: You check the balance on the business' website. For instance, if you have a McDonald's gift card, go to McDonald's website to check the card balance.
Answer: The usual issue is that someone will buy a gift card with a stolen credit card and then sell it to Raise (or others) for cash. Usually within 100 days the gift card issuer will find out when they have been charged back for the stolen card purchase, at which point they invalidate the card and zero the balance. Raise.com will refund you the unused balance on the card prior to it being zeroed out, but only within 60 days of your order. Their short protection policy limits their exposure if a high value card is invalidated and you come looking for a refund three months after you bought it. Every gift card reseller has a different policy for refunds. Some are as short as a few weeks, others last 100 days or more. Raise.com's 60 day policy is shorter than many of their competitors, which is why I don't use them much anymore. The lessons I have learned is only order cards you will use entirely within the next month, never gift them to others, and keep a spreadsheet if you order a lot of cards so you can keep track of balances. In all, I've had about 3% of the 200 cards I've ordered suddenly zeroed out. The majority were for improbably large amounts, which is why I now try and order lower value cards. One site suddenly listed 10 $100 gift cards for Jimmy Johns, a sub shop. One has to wonder who would order gift cards like this in the first place, only to put up for resale. It turned out the original buyer used a stolen credit card to buy them all and turned the proceeds into cash. The cards were all zeroed out. I have learned to be suspicious when a large number of high $ value cards in the same amount suddenly go up for sale. So while it may make sense to buy a $100 gift card for Sears, it usually isn't to buy a $100 gift card for Dunkin Donuts.
Answer: Susan, we're sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. Can you please send an email to member.success@raise.com with the email address associated with your account so that we can look into this for you?
