PSI Exams

Communication from PSI tends to be very prompt. I appreciate that when I have questions, there is always someone to answer.
Of note, as it seems the support center is based in South Africa, I would recommend advising customer service to speak slower to better understand guidance.

I have taken a few exams from PSI Testing. The customer support people don't know very much and when you ask them a question they can't answer simple things that they should be able to look up but they can't. On top of that, they don't even care if they have helped you. The just say "sorry" and try to point you to another organization. No responsibility for solving simple issues. Example - They can't even tell you what the correct book is, what edition, you need for a given test. Such a simple question. They don't know and they don't care if they don't know. You guys need some competition because evidently nothing to motivate your team.

Easy to download and take exam. I did receive my email following taking the exam, but the only attachment was my score sheet. I did not get an attachment with the questions, answers, rationales. I would have liked this.

This website is so difficult to navigate. The "Help" section is really no help. There is no way to contact anyone for further assistance. I already purchased this test when I scheduled my exam, but I cannot figure out how to access it. I hope buying another one through the store will allow me to take the practice test.

Why are psi and psi online not connected? So you got to have more accounts and $#*! to keep up with. You should have it all connected. It is just stupid and makes it more annoying to the people trying to buy the study guide. Maybe do a deal if you by the test you get a coupon for the study guides.

I ordered the Math test. It was very helpful to the student because it covered a lot of information that would be on the actual test. The answers to the test were understandable for the student. Had much success with the test

The test had many questions and situations that were not addressed in the study guide. Overall, the guide is adequate, but I would not recommend the study guide as the only source for new or beginner real estate professionals.

My experience was great. They were very helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend PSI. They were helpful and understanding to all my questions and concerns.

I started trying to access test a little after 9:00am on Saturday the 3rd of May. It took an hour to get in the test. No one mentioned I would physically have to pick up my DESKTOP and spin it around and under the desk. How if someone is telling you they are on a heavy device... do you still insist they physically pick it up? After that I started the test... only a few (30-40) questions then it kicked me out again and I am required to verify twice again. After successfully doing so just waiting and speaking to tech support, I am told I will get a call in 2 days. This is after waiting a week to take the test, 4 hours of wasted time, tearing up the drywall where my computer is and risking dropping my computer several times for no reason. Tests are extremely stressful already... how I was left feeling today is beyond unfair, unprofessional and exhausting.

PSI exams are far too hard and out of touch with almost all course work related to the license I was going for. Make the exam more relevant to course work provided by pre licensing course work. I took the real estate exam.

My experience with Tn. Gov and PSI was a disaster trying to decipher what was needed to get a MU license through online services. I had to call and speak with someone at TN. GOV to confirm that I did have to take the TN Business Law exam in order to get the license we are acquiring which requires no exams BUT you must take the TN Business Law exam first. PSI customer service staff all seems to be foreigners which speak great English but their accents are so harsh it makes it hard to understand what they are saying 50% of time. I tried 3 different times to get someone without the harsh accent and that did not happen, so I had to fight through it with the 3rd person on the phone. Which he was patient and was able to complete the transaction with me.

Everything is great! Wish you guys had more free stuff to practice on. Its tough as a student and part time and still having to pay for "help" on our boards exam.

Great! Every time I've scheduled has been seamless although I've done the class, brought the prep, and studying, I still can't pass! Hopefully, this helps.

Use PSI to take a CHFM certification practice exam. The whole process from beginning to final test results was very easy. The website easily navigable. The practice exam was formatted exactly as the exam itself really easy and stress free experience. Results of the practice exam were delivered right away by email, and on the website when test completed. Simply put a very easy experience.

Very easy to navigate through the clinical scenarios. I do wonder if it is possible not be tied to your first selection. Taking this exam, for me, required reviewing the scenario while attempting to select my answers. I would have altered my responses in certain situations

I had no problem getting what I ordered. I had no problem downloading the information. I no problem using the electronic service. Everything went well. Thank you.

Easy and helps me retain information. I like how you can redo the test as many times as you want and not have to redo the mastered questions you already know.
