The site is easy to use and fairly simple. I would love it if they added video sessions or an expanded set of materials for the Spanish exam.
The menu with all the available professions is kind of confusing. I'm just trying to study for one exam at the moment. There is increased ease of navigation once you get to know your way around, because the system is streamlined. But it somewhat overwhelming at first to see all the different choices of licensing without a clear system as to how it is organized
The actual use of the app was great… content is to be determined. I did find 2-3 questions that had conflicting answers when crossed referenced with the appropriate books

I received an email link earlier with my profile. It is not working so I set-up a new one. Once I signed on, the course and test I signed up for (Broker - VA) is not in my profile by Life Health is?

The first test I purchased a week ago took an hour for the email to appear with my test link, the second test I purchased today and I haven't even received the confirmation email yet. It's been over 20 minutes. No confirmation email and no email with the practice test link. This needs to be worked on. Considering it is digital and expensive, it should all be more instant.

Placed an order and the download would not complete. Called customer service and they couldn't help me fix it. They transferred my concern to another department and told me to wait 24 hours to see if it would be fixed. Then, they wanted me to provide them with feedback!

There are not nearly enough calculations in the electrical masters practice tests. Like not even a 1/4 of what there needs to be. I was completely unprepared. Passed every single practice test.

One of the more pleasant experiences Ive had with test scheduling and resources.
I never received my exam it never downloaded and when I reached out to psi support I never got a response back.
Site is very difficult to navigate. Information incomplete and misleading. No phone contact to call. They did call me after email, but all 3 reps poor English, very hard to communicate and not clear answers. Still don't know what the practice bundles include.

You all ripped me off on the $24.99 test that only gave me one try. Then when I call you, you all sell me on the unlimited test for another 19.99. Unethical!
Website challenging to navigate. Not easy to find needed test. Way too many steps. 25 minutes to finally purchase HPCC Exam I needed. Ridiculous.
Voucher code did not work, reached out to customer service who said they would get back to me and never heard anything back. Had to go back to the sponsor to get a new code and luckily it worked.

Purchaed wrong prep test for Life insurance as it was offered as prep for when I scheduled my Exam, I requested refund was told no refunds so I had to make an additional purchase to get the correct one.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
