I purchased this test before and it didn't download. I contacted PSI and they did not do anything. I understand that I can only download it once, but the website said there was an error and didn't download.
On 3/13/2025 I was scheduled at 2pm to take the CEN exam. I logged in at 150pm to start the verification process. This is the 4th exam I have taken with PSI using the same labtop and internet connection. I had to reinstall the software twice. It kicked me out for no known reason twice. The first time I made it to a proctor they said hello than stopped talking. I logged out. The second time I reached a proctor they said they could not read my ID. They had me hold up my ID for a full 5 minutes, no joke. Than the proctor said I would need to log out and take a snap shot with my cell phone. I followed that proctors directions. When I went to log back in the system said It was past the 30 minutes sign on time so I was counted absent. I obviously was not absent and their proctor logs prove it. Despite their proctor telling me to log out they are refusing to allow me to test again without paying.

The customer service team is poorly trained and unable to answer even basic questions about why my documents are taking so long to be reviewed. It has been over 30 days, and my documents are still "in progress."
I have called 20 times and sent 6 emails, yet no one provides a resolution, a timeline, or even a clear answer. I cannot believe the state has entrusted such an important exam to a company with such an inefficient process.
I have exhausted all options and have no one else to turn to. I need this issue resolved immediately.

Excellent layout and format. I've used PSI twice now for my Insurance exams and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. I am so pleased with this website.
Software is very user friendly. I like that I can take test in learning mode then switch to test as it'd be on the exam.
I tried to add another product and paid for it, however it repeatedly defaulted to my original purchase and my additional purchase never appeared in my learning page.

Nothing about getting the SJE was easy, and then somehow my cart had 2 of the same "time" in it, which it would then not let me edit the cart. I had to empty the cart and then find the item again and re-add it. I didn't have a lot of time this morning, and this was frustrating.

After spending nearly $4000 on books, exam prep materials and audio discs, I found it refreshingly easy and honestly uplifting and stress relieving to access and purchase actual PSI study material. Ya'll made it easy and comfortable. Your prices are great!

Website relatively easy to navigate. However, practice exam costs and access is not attractive. Practice tests should not cost almost as actual exams. Multiple retests should be allowed. Bundle pricing for practice exams should be available. If buying the book, unlimited practice exam attempts should be included.

So, my current concern is that I'm testing to be an electrician. Yet, there are ZERO code references to the questions. I had a question for the "definition" of special cases as defined by the NEC. I challenge you to find that definition in the code book.
As of right now, I'm regretting spending hard earned money for questions that don't give information or use the verbiage must or must not. The code is shall and shall not.

They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
