I order a dress off of promgirl and it was the day before my homecoming and I order the overnight shipping and was suppose to arrive at 10:30 a.m. the ext day but arrived at 9:30 a.m. so I would definitely order off of promgirl again. A great place to get a dress.
The dress I ordered did not fit. In order to return it, I was charged a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping. So basically I had to pay $30 to try on a dress. Never again.

So, far I have ordered 2 homecoming dresses and 1 snowfest dress from promgirl.com. Every time I have been please with the quality of the dresses and they have fit perfectly. I usually receive the dress within 3- 4 days of placing the order. I am positive we will continue to order from this site for future homecomings, snowfests, and proms.
I never order things like dresses online, due to extreme size differences in different companies. However, I'm glad I took the plunge because the dress I got is absolutely perfect for this year's Marine Corps ball. They sent the wrong size from what we ordered. Then said they could send the corrected size in time for the event, but the next day said they couldn't... messy and I won't order through them again!

I ordered my dress and got it on time, but when I got it all the stitching was coming undone and the dress fitted absolutely terrible. There is no way a dress cute like that could fit anyone. We are losing so much money on a cheaply made dress. I do not suggest ordering off of prom girl unless you want a cheaply made dress at an expensive price.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I spent a ton of time on the phone and online with customer service reps. They assured me that i could purchase a smaller dress and return the original bigger one once it arrived. It arrived over Labor Day, not the original date that is was supposed to arrive. I was away with my family. I guess I had only one day to call and get the return going. Now i have 2 dresses one in size XS and one in size S. They did not honor what they said they were going to do.
