I bought a Von Miller jersey online, and then had it framed. Very happy with the framing. But the jersey that was posted (signature) and the jersey I received (signature) was not even close. The jersey I received was not acceptable, if I saw that signature online I would not have bid on the jersey. After numerous emails i get we apologize for any confusion however as stated regarding the Von Miller jersey, we have reviewed the images with management and this item is not edible for a return or refund as it was properly listed during action.
There is no way in heck it was properly listed. It is a same I have spent Thousands of dollars on their auction items, had 3 issues, and 2 of the 3 they have taken care of. This one not even close. One would think that with what I have won in auctions over last 90 plus days, annualize those purchases and see that it would make total sense to return this item. Not saying I will not uses them again, but my feedback is for this item only, not my overall experiences with Pristine.
This auction site is decent. All of the items I have received have been as advertised. I do think the bidding is somewhat rigged though. Buyers premiums are pretty high as well (17%)

Once you have won an auction, they are quick to ship. Only one time did it take a while to ship (5 days), but when I contacted them about it, they replied swiftly and product was shipped the next day. Awesome.
