I ordered an engagement ring and wedding band through Prime Style. The engagement ring went smoothly, but the wedding band has been nothing but trouble.

The original band was no where close to matching with the engagement ring. They requested we send both the engagement ring and band back, so they could get it right. They told us it would take about two weeks to get the rings back. The total time before we got them back was closer to a month.

The wedding band fitment was still not right. They told us to send them back for a second time. Same story with the delivery deadline. They told us about 2 weeks and it was closer to a month.

We requested to receive pictures before the rings were sent back this time multiple times. They said they would make it happen. No pictures were sent before they delivered the rings.

The rings now match, but there is file marks all over both sides of the engagement ring. The manager clams they still have the rings and haven't been sent back yet. He said they did not touch the engagement ring. He clearly does not know what is going on. What a let down and a disappointment. They seem to cut corners whenever they can. I'm still waiting for them to make this right.

Eternity band - My new husband had bought an eternity band for a wedding ring on PRIMESTYLE.COM. We got married 12/22/08. Within 3 weeks 2 of the diamonds fell out. Upon contacting the website, we have been given the run around and are very unhappy with the results. We were told the stones were not covered, and they would email us directions on how to return the ring to have the stones replaced. After 4 days we still have not received an email. Also do not feel that we should have to pay to replace anything after only 3 wks of wear. Not happy at all!

I just recently purchased a. 95ct diamond ring from primestyle. The ring wasn't that expensive but the picture and the ring itself looked totally different to me. I thought the center stone would have been larger but it wasn't. If you want a nice size diamond make sure u spend over a thousand dollars. My ring is nice but I wish it was larger. You can barely see the detail on the band but in the pictures it looks very detailed so I think the pictures are definitely enhanced to look bigger

I have had a very disappointing experience with my ring purchase from PrimeStyle that I would like to share with consumers.
I had ordered a ring and was told that it would be 3-4 days to have it delivered to me. The payment for the ring was taken out of my account that same day that I placed my order, February 4. The ring did not arrive until 8 days later. When the ring did arrive it was extremely flawed with low quality yellow stones, grade K-M and gold which has fractures in many areas creating a number of points where breakage was inevitable. This I was able to see under a simple jewelers loop.
I returned the ring the same day overnight ($ 75) cost incurred by me, shipping with insurance, which PrimeStyle required. I also called and informed them of the reason for the return.
The ring was received back in New York on February 13 and I did not hear from the company until February 20, to verify return and discuss replacement. I ordered a new ring that day, requesting better quality stones H-I and to have one of the sales managers, David, examine the ring prior to shipping.
This entire process took an additional 7 days and additional $ 275 to complete.
The ring was shipped back to me 2 day air (4 days over the weekend) and arrived Monday March 3 in the afternoon, for a total order time of 28 days or 24 days more than what was initially promised and $ 275 in additional incurred costs. Upon receipt of the ring, there is a crack in one of the prongs holding the center stone and two of the side stones have chips, there are two stones that are yellow in color, the additional 12 are white, I paid additional money to have matched H-I color. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED.
Remember "You get what you pay for". "Buyer Beware"!

Purchased an eternity ring as a surprise for my wife. Though the ring was beautiful, it didn't match well with her engagement ring and wedding band (difficult to do when it's a surprise). I contacted customer service and no questions asked they were willing to modify or replace with a different style to better match her existing rings. Communication was great, no pressure experience and even was provided a 1 week extension on the return policy just based on the timing of having a new ring made and shipped to then decide if we were keeping the first and making modifications to the setting or keeping the second. Would definitely recommend. As a side note, we walked into a local jewelry store just to take a look at various settings and after looking over my wife's ring from PrimeStyle, they pulled out comparable options that were 6 times what I paid. Any uncertainty I had about cost and quality was gone. This won't be my last purchase.

This is one truly value providing company. Very beautiful and elegant designs are what I always wanted in my jewelry. Primestyle's delivery…bang on time. Their customer service…prompt and up to the mark. I have just one complaint though, there was some problem while I was making the payment, it was not going beyond the order page, but they were quick to address my issue when I called them. It was a satisfactory experience buying from Primestyle. Told my friends about it already.

My engagement ring from here is absolutely beautiful. Had a slight issue when I got soap into the setting for one of the side diamonds. Called primestyle and the manager sent me out a label right away. They replaced the diamond and reset the entire piece for us. Every step of the way they kept us appraised of what was going on.
Totally recommend them to anyone looking. Fantastic customer service. We will be using them for our wedding bands as well.

If you're looking for a place to buy cheap diamond jewelry, then I suggest you take a look at this Company. According to their sales pitch the reason that so much less expensive than anybody else is because they actually manufacture the jewelry themselves, which means that cutting out the middleman saves you 50 to 78% off retail - seems a lot, but I understand it's about the right markup a retail outlet would make on diamond jewelry. I have used them three times now, each time buying a different product and each time having a good experience. They get the highest rating I can give.

Primestyle is a lifesaver. Well, I guess "lifesaver," might be a slight exaggeration but when it comes to buying presents for my girlfriend I have to put my hand up and say I am absolutely useless. She keeps telling me that she's left me clues lying around, but I always seem to miss them and when it's time for her birthday or Christmas I always find myself at a loss as to what to buy. But that is now changed since I found primestyle and their incredibly useful and extremely patient customer service help desk. I called them two weeks before my girlfriend's birthday, picked the brains of the guy who answers the phone and ended up ordering a pair of round cut diamond stud earrings which my girlfriend absolutely loves.

I think the best thing about primestyle is that customer service seems to be a priority with them. I was a little wary of buying from a company that discounts so heavily because I expected their customer service to suck, but the opposite was true with gentlemen I dealt with was very helpful, knew his product range inside and out, I was only too happy to help me with my decision. Once we had talked our way through my needs, he found exactly what I needed, I paid, and the items were delivered toot suite. I noticed there were a couple of negative reviews on this website so I decided to balance that up a little because my experience was very good.

A great company to deal with, especially if you're on a budget. I had spent the previous two weeks looking for a diamond engagement ring from my girlfriend before I asked her to marry me, and was beginning to despair of finding anything pretty and affordable. Then I found primestyle, spoke with a guy called David over their helpline – it's a free phone call if you are in the US, I don't know about other countries, but he was very helpful and before I knew it I was ready to order the ring. It arrived two days later and now I'm eagerly anticipating the right moment to ask her to marry me. The ring looks fantastic and way better than anything I might've been able to afford from the local jewelry stores – so wish me luck!

I have only bought a few books on the internet so am very new to buying things online. I purchased a mens ring for my boyfriend’s birthday last month. We have been together for a long time and it can be quite difficult to buy for him. This is the first piece of jewellery I have given him (other than a watch about 10 years ago). It took about two weeks to receive the ring which, with the regional weather dramas we’ve had, I’m surprised about considering the ring was custom made. He seems extremely happy with the ring. The whole process was so simple that I’m considering buying myself a necklace/pendant now so that’s a positive review from me.

Great service, low prices, sloppy delivery system. I guess you can't make too many complaints about the poor ordering system when the prices are this low. I don't know what happened to my order exactly but it was almost a week late. Fortunately I had ordered plenty of time, and I suggest that if you use these guys you do the same if my delivery experience is anything to go by. Having said that when I found him with a problem they take care of the matter straightaway, and when the ring arrived, the quality and price was perfect so – you can't have everything I suppose. I still recommend them, just make sure you order in plenty of time.

It is amazing to see that every time I buy a jewelry item from Prime Style I get various bonus offers. No other site gives you such lucrative offers on the quality diamond items. This time I ordered a luxuriant princess cut diamond ring for my darling wife and I got a 600$ cut in the price and the item cost me only 770$. Isn't it unbelievable? Mike one of their customer executive told me that it was their product, so they are selling it at the factory rates. Moreover, my jewelry item also accompanied the certification and came without any shipping charges!

I have mixed feelings about Primestyle after I shopped for a couple of times from them.

I picked up a fantastic bargain from primestyle's clearance section and have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm assuming that the products in the clearance section are unwanted orders or returns, but the prices are ridiculous - I picked up a pair of diamond earring studs for less than $350. I had seen exactly the same type of earrings in a jewelry store in the mall for over $1500. So I was able to surprise my wife, and she still thinks I've managed to find 1500 bucks from somewhere. So maybe she'll have let me have that jet ski after all. Thanks a bunch primestyle. :D
