Bought my wife a new wedding set. Wedding ring poorly made. Not solid gold on finger side, diamond were protruding out the bottom, engagement ring had Re sized and they sent it back with the resized area not solid gold just a piece.
This took over 2 months to get done

Their customer service was really excellent. They were in touch with us throughout the whole process of making my bridal set sending 3D photos. I will definitely be purchasing from this agency in the future.

It does take about 3 weeks to receive an order but it was completely worth the wait! My ring arrived with all the required documentation and certification. It was in a beautiful box with a light for display and the ring itself is phenomenal! I went with the higher grade diamonds and my ring sparkles and shines amazingly! The pictures can't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. I absolutely love it. I will purchase from PrimeStyle again.

My husband bought me a new engagement in lieu of the one I lost a year after our wedding. I chose a beautiful. 45 carat princess cut solitaire diamond mounted on a 14 k white gold. The ordering online was fast and easy and there was a small glitch though when we successfully ordered online we never saw any notification if the item we ordered was already shipped because Primestyle was transitioning into their new website And there was no way to track it in the website. Anyway the ring arrived and it was beautiful and exquisite as expected. I was very happy with my new ring. Thank you Primestyle!

My fiancé was reluctant to make such a big important purchase online as we were nervous about scams etc. He got in touch with primestyle via telephone and purchased a ring that I had previously told him I really liked. The ring was received within a couple of days and was absolutely gorgeous. We took the ring for an appraisal and it was appraised at more than double of what was paid for it on primestyle. The diamond was bigger than I expected and the clarity was amazing. We will not purchase jewellery from anywhere else.

Called, spoke the owner. He was knowledgable and very much wanted to help me purchase the wedding set I chose. I was treated wonderfully and I intend to do all my jewelry purchasing thru Primestyle as they are always happy to help you sort out and get what you want, not what they just want to sell. That made a big difference to me. I received my beautiful wedding set and could not be happier! I thank them very much!

The ring that I ordered was for my lovely wife to celebrate 10 years of marriage and Jane loves it! There were plenty of choices to find just the right one for her, so I recommend PrimeStyle company for everyone looking for wedding rings!

I discovered this website recently when I needed to buy my youngest niece a birthday present. For some reason [I guess because her parents are religious] she decided she wanted a cross shaped pendant. Thankfully I found prime style in time, because those pendants can be extremely expensive. I ended up buying from primestyle because – well not to put too fine a point on it – they were considerably cheaper than anywhere else. I don't only base my decision on price, and after contacting their customer service I was also pleased with the quality of knowledge and services that they provided. I will be using them again, and I can't give any more recommendation than that.

I'm not usually one to write reviews on these review sites, but it's only fair because I found primestyle after reading the reviews on this site. They are mostly positive reviews, although there are a few negative ones and I can see how some people might think that the quality of the diamonds they ordered are somewhat below par but I think that's just a question of lack of education. One of the great things about this site is they offer a big range of education pages which helped me understand all about, weight and settings so I was better able to make an informed decision. I suggest – especially if you don't know what you're doing – heading over there and taking a look at their education pages before you make any decisions, because the information they provide seems to be well balanced and genuine.

My husband bought me an anniversary ring in 2016 it was platinum. The band bent and I sent it back twice. The third time it happened I had it reset into 14k white gold in 2017. In 2019 a diamond fell out I sent it in and paid to have it repaired in 2020 a diamond fell out on the Sam side I sent it in and paid for the repair in December of 2021 the same diamond fell out I sent it in again and paid for the repair I wore it twice and it fell out again this time I sent it in and wasn't charged for the repair they have not put the correct size diamond in so there is a gap between the diamond and the center diamond. I spoke to David and he assures me it was inspected and reinforced but I am afraid to wear it because I am afraid the diamond will fall out again so I have a ring I am afraid to wear.

Hello, purchased a beautiful ring but within days I lost 2 little diamonds. Customer service was great and they fixed it. Now within days I lost another one. Now all I think of is how embarrassing it would be to send it back and hope for the money back and buy one somewhere else after everybody has seen my engagement ring and will ask why I exchanged it for another one... because we tried to go cheap and paid the price for it now! Its an embarrassment. Not sure what to do yet. Going to contact Primestyle right away. Would never buy there again.
