The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with positive feedback highlighting the inclusivity of sizing, comfort, and appealing design features such as pockets in their leggings. Many customers express satisfaction with the product quality, particularly regarding the fit and durability. However, significant concerns arise around customer service, particularly issues with sizing inconsistencies, a lack of effective return policies, and difficulties in resolving shipping problems. The negative experiences related to customer support and product returns overshadow the positive sentiments, indicating a need for the company to enhance its service approach to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Do I bought some cloths a month ago still waiting on them to be delivered I'm patient so I went and looked where my packages was and it said dead letter whatever that means so I won't get my stuff and there's no number to contact popfit for a refund so I'm very pissed off I will never order from them again they still your money and there's nothing we can do about it the email said wrong address so just letting you all know they suck don't go with popfit
I'm a medium and these fit. But YIKES. The waistband is up on my rib cage, it's narrow so my belly looks bigger than it is with NO support and the legs are so long, the ankles bunch. The fabric and pattern is nice but one rise/length does NOT fit all.
I am a VIP subscriber and I swear by these leggings. Super comfy and well made. Never had any issues with my orders at all.
I honestly do not understand all of the negative reviews. I have been a VIP member going on 7 months and I have been extremely happy with every item I have received. Customer Service has been excellent. The one issue I had, they rectified immediately and were kind through the process. I'm a big girl (was a size 20 jeans when I signed up) and ordered my leggings in XXL to start with. They fit perfectly. They stay put, so I'm not constantly pulling them up. They're well made, no construction issues in any of my leggings. The material is thick and passes the squat test but they're still very breathable. I've just adjusted my profile, as I need a smaller size after weightloss but I am sure the new size will be just as great. I've also purchased their no show thong panties and they are incredibly comfortable too. Honestly don't even notice I'm wearing them most of the time.
I recommend Pop Fit to all of my friends and all who have tried it, have loved it as much as I do.
I checked the measures and ordered the size they say is correct, but it fits way too big.
I'm trying to exchange them for another size but they charge an extra fee of 15$ (to Spain), plus the shipping cost it takes to send them back from Spain to USA.
So, the free leggings end up in 45$ leggins
I paid the $14.99 for shipping and recieved my "free" pair of leggings within a week... no problem with delivery because I actually know how to enter my address correctly. I ordered the size based on the size chart and they fit perfectly. The material is very good quality (no show through when bending over) and the pockets hold your phone/keys in place. I would love to order more but $14.99 for shipping AND having to pay $35+ for the leggings is a little much for me.
The leggings size chart is way off and they don't help you at all. 30 day return policy where they are rude about every aspect and they take over two weeks to ship! Terrible company terrible useless products what a waste of my money
I got the "free" leggings deal on Facebook, and the leggings are OK. Definitely worth the $12 or so they charge for S&H so they can call them free. I wanted to support a body positive company so I signed up for their VIP program. It's terrible. You can choose which item you want them to send you next, but then they sent some random item I didn't want.
The leggings are too long for petite gals, despite what the customer service rep promised, so I ordered the capri. They send another standard pair. I emailed to get it corrected and after some back & forth they said I ordered the regular, but I could get the kind I wanted for an additional $15 on top of the $30 they cost in the first place.
Just get your free pair and don't look back.
Pros
Great length (capri comes a few inches above ankle), great stretch (snug but not tight), soft material, nice big pockets(holds my phone snugly!)
Cons
Very high waisted, had to roll them down but then they fit great and dont fall down.
Popfit leggings are terrible. You couldn't pay me to make me wear them because of how uncomfortable they are. Also, they overcharge for shipping and use the cheapest/worst shipping company out there. Save your money and get some real clothes. This is a scam.
I am not sure what is prompting all the bad reviews. I signed up and got 2 pairs of leggings and then stayed with it for a couple of months. I needed something for work and working out. I loved the idea of leggings with pockets.
When I got mine, I was skeptical. As a size 24 I have a hard time ordering things online and always worry about fit. These pleasantly surprised me. They fit well, were thick and secure and I love them. I did get one pair that I am not a fan of the style, but I did not know I could preview them and pick a different style.
I also received (for free) a couple of string backpack bags that are great for toting stuff to the boat or whatever.
They have all held up well to multiple washings and a few turns in the dryer too. I have no problem with bad seams or any other construction issues. The only reason I stopped my subscription was that I have plenty of pairs now. But I will for sure be heading back to their site to get more when I need them.
Absolutely garbage product. All the seems started popping on the second ware (not even tight fitting). Contacted the company and was told they don't do returns, it's out of their control and that's just how their leggings are. THEY EVEN TRIED TO UP SALE! I now take great pleasure in telling all I know how awful popfit is. I'm getting my 30 dollars worth somehow.
Purchased a "free" pair of leggings with high shipping charges. Thought it might still be an ok deal, even though you can go to tjmaxx and get a pair for the same price. Lesson learned there.
Shipping issues: One digit in the zip code was incorrect and DHL would not deliver. After seeing this has happened to multiple people, I'm wondering if it was purposefully done. Their resolution was to charge me another 14.99 for another "free" pair. They would not refund even though they received the item back.
For the price of their leggings, they can purchase an address verification tool and save some headaches. My guess is they would rather pocket the extra money that comes in from these "discrepancies".
I followed the size guide and they were too big, kept falling down and were bunching at the crotch. Very disappointed as return shipping would be more than a replacement pair of leggings!
Let me start by saying, Yes. I am that person who only writes a review if the product was Amazing or Horrible. This company is the latter.
The quality of the leggings is poor, and the sizing is inconsistent; therefore, I cancelled after the first month-Sadly not soon enough and month 2 was already on its way. However, what bothers me most is their return policy. I returned a pair of pants that were labeled M and were quite clearly a S or perhaps even XS, I could barely get my arm in them let alone my leg! I wrote the company to tell them I would be returning them and they said that was fine, as long as the tags were still attached and that I would have to pay return shipping. Not unusual, so I packed them up and sent them back. What they neglected to say was the cheap 'bonus gift' that they sent had to be included in the return to receive my full refund. The 'bonus item' was a cheap(I personally find them useless) drawstring promotional backpack. Yep, the kind companies give away for free and you donate to the Goodwill. When I failed to return this cheap item I was docked $10 of my refund! I know promotional items, in bulk there is no way it cost more than $0.50. When I contacted the company they told me it was in the fine print on their website and that was that.
In my eyes, this is terrible customer service.
Take this with a grain of salt if you want, but for the money there are way better tights out there from far more trustworthy companies.
I ordered some legging because they had a promotion get a free leggings and just pay shipping. They started charging 40 dollars a month! Don't use this company. Also, their sizes run way bigger if you order medium it's a large.
Worst customer service and return policy EVER! First of all if their product fit right I wouldn't want to return it, but their size chart is WAY OFF and then the leggings have a very weird cut even once you can find the 'right' size. Not really sure what human being these would fit, and then the fabric is not stretchy enough to compensate. Totally unusable product. They won't let you return leggings that are bought from a 'new customer' promotion, not even at your own shipping cost! And they have a 30-day window from the ORDER date to send back returns even though they take 2 weeks after the order date to deliver the product! Ridiculous!
This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Once when I was on their site on my phone I clicked to buy an item; when the order went through the size was wrong. I immediately called and told them that size wasn't the size that I had clicked to order and I wanted to cancel or change the size. They told me it had gone through and there was nothing they could do about it. That item was terribly uncomfortable and they wouldn't take it back. They have a "wish list" for you to indicate items you want to be sent, but then instead they send you stuff you don't want, sometimes defective stuff with sewing issues and charge you $32 for it... sometimes when you try to return or exchange items they send you a link but it doesn't actually go to a shipping label... if you aren't on top of it (because you're fed up and occupying yourself with other parts of life that are less frustrating) when you contact them to let them know you're still trying to make a return they'll ever so sweetly tell you that it's too late now and you're stuck with the defective crap they sent you that you never wanted.
They send you a bogus tracking number and don't take any responsibility for their error. Complete waste. I knew I shouldn't have ordered. I contacted BBB.
Answer: Not easy to reason with at all! Awful fit, wrong size and they kept sending tights and drawing money from my credit card after 7 months of trying to cancel an accidental subscription. I ended up with 10 pairs of tights all in the wrong size. They refused to exchange or refund even though I hadn't opened 7 of the packages at all! They then agreed to refund a couple and exchange a couple but once I had shipped the tights back they refused to honour the refund and exchange and kept the goods, refused to send them back! So essentially they took my money, got me to pay shipping to send them back and then also took the goods back! I would advise against wasting your money with this highly unethical business. On first glance this doesn't appear to be a dodgy company in some random third world country, but they certainly act like it and are extremely hard to deal with and super dodgy. I review almost all places I eat and most places I shop and I have never given a negative review, but their behaviour was absolutely appalling! You can see I have them almost a year to clean up their act and come to some amicable solution but this wasn't possible! There are many other ethical places to buy tights from, do not buy here
Answer: I sweat a lot because I live in Florida and the heat makes u sweat like crazy! This fabric is great for us sweaty girls!
Answer: Absolutely. Costco has a number of different leggings with pockets. I bought Skecher's and some other brands from there. They don't slip down. And if you're not happy, Costco takes everything back. They have the best customer service! Pop Fit's customer service is horrible.
Answer: I only ordered from them once but everything was flawless! Would definitely recommend based on my experience.
Answer: A phone call helps but I make sure my list is current - I just updated cause I was stuck in drab winter colors. I have called them with great results
