Women owned, great customer service and most important awesome leggins for everyone! I had two pair and I love them. They are stylish, high waisted and have pockets!

I was skeptical about trying yet another brand of leggings. I'm a big girl so fit for my workout clothes really matter to me. These leggings are awesome and they really live up to their promises. I havent experienced any chaffing, the fit is amazing and they don't roll down while you're being active. I often use my leggings with nice outfits well which is why I signed up for the membership. I'm excited to be receiving a pair plus more every month!

I am so glade i click on popfit when i did.
I had recently gaind a feq pounds and needed some new leggings. Also they have a very nice selection to choose from. Buying then was fast and easy and didnt take long for shipping either. Their sizes are amazing and i can wven were my size small and they dont be to tight unlike what i was use too. And dont think those pockets are not goin in to this i was able to fit a whole water bottle in my pocket with souch comfort i for got it was there i went from 2 pair to 5 and im in love with them.

Please listen to the reviews, I wish I had.

I believe the company is fraudulent and their positive reviews are staged.

You order, your order doesn't arrive.
You contact them, they tell you to wait 25 business days.
You do, and then you contact them again.
They tell you to wait 30 business days. You do that too.
Your tracking link doesn't work, you contact Australian customs and their freight provider.
Neither have any knowledge of this so called parcel.

They tell you that your order was uncollected at customs and therefore you're not entitled to a refund. There was no parcel to even make it to customs...

THIS IS A SCAM.

F i coule give less then one star i would. I see that several others have experienced the deplorable customer service that i have. Someone i dont even know used my address to purchase the promotion items. So when i tried to purchase using the promotion i was told i did not qualify as some one already had at my address. As the only people that live here are my husband and my self and noone with the name they gave me has lived here i technically DO QUALIFY. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE that they "can not change the computer." i am a computer geek you can make it do what ever you want. They just dont want to. Took my business to a competitor and am completely pleased with the quality of the the merchandise and the customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM POP FIT! I made an order back in September and was waiting for the package for more than 2 months because pop fit only puts limited tracking so once it arrives in your country, you will no longer be able to track it. I thought it could be because it was from America and taking a long time to come so I waited. Anyway I didn't ever up receiving the package and after 3 weeks of going back on fourth, I was finally given the option to replace my whole order as long as I pay for shipping again (18 Australian dollars). Once I was asking for the link to complete my order, I was told by manager Chelsea D' that I was only going to get 1 pair of tights and if I wanted the other pair (THAT I ORDERED), I would have to pay for it even though I explained to her many times that I was offered a chance to replace my whole order but she was not taking it so I had to deal with PayPal to resolve this issue because pop fit wasn't going to. They only put promotions to take people's money and not give them the items they ordered so they can get their money back from the promotion.
I highly recommend everyone going anywhere else because this was the WORST customer service I've ever experienced and I've never seen a company take back an option they offered in the first place! Will never try to buy anything from there again.

I almost accidentally signed up for the vip club membership, O sent them a letter that I want to cancel my membership, because they drag from my Mastercard 32,48/month and they keep taking my money every month. There is no customer service, I have to cancel my card, I had to pay tax fees in order to get my second parcel (the first that was a promo was sent from Europe, the rest were sent from China lol). This company is more than a scam, they are actually stealing.

I bought the "Free" Leggings. Payed 15 dollars for shipping for a less then one pound package from California to Idaho. The address I gave was EXACT.
It never came. When I asked for a refund, they said that shipping is non-refundable and that I would have to pay for shipping again...
When it never arrived. So what did I pay for the first time? Lol such a scam. I was really excited for my leggings.
After a week of emailing back and forth saying that's not okay to literally STEAL from someone they said the best thing they can do is have me pay for shipping again.

Someone hit the nail on the head when they said that these are not designed for the average girl. These are designed for bigger girls; they just size down, instead of redesigning. These are why in petite women the crotch is too long, the legs are uncomfortable, and bunches up in awkward places. It's designed for women who need the room. I had the exact same experience as everyone else. The patterns are cute, but the cut is absymal and the fabric is awful and thin. I theorize that this is why there are some people who love them, because they are designed for them, not for us. Definitely not for working out in.

Fair warning before you spend your money here. The leggings are very comfortable, but the customer service and exchange policies do not match the quality of clothing they produce.

They charge $10 for every exchange and don't even let you pick the pair. You could receive an exchange pair that you still don't like and have to pay another $10 to send them back. There is no phone number, so all communication is done via email and you get a different person responding every time.

Very unfortunate experience with their team. I really wish they were as quality as their leggings. Use caution and be sure you order pairs that you will for sure wear.

I purchased 4 pairs of leggings through PopFit, as well as some undies and was incredibly disappointed!

One of the leggings had a hole in the side and another had the seams falling apart within 2 hours of wearing them.

I haven't even tried the other two yet, so who knows how long before they unravel.

On top of that, the material doesn't breathe and the crotch sags and falls down, making them super uncomfortable.

My leggings arrived on the Wednesday afternoon, and when I contacted PopFit on the Saturday, they told me I was supposed to contact them within three days if there were any issues. They also won't do refunds if the original tags are not attached, which is absolute nonsense.

I was offered a replacement of one pair of leggings if I paid the shipping, as a "one time courtesy."

It's an absolute joke.

I don't recommend ordering from them. My minor daughter has placed an order on August 30th, and I found out they charged my card for the order she has placed and two times after that with authorization from me or even notifying us with the charges. They emailed the charges only for the order my daughter has placed because we know about it, but they don't email anything for the other two charges. It is not safe to buy from them. Be careful my daughter didn't subscribe.
