I ordered the Stella with pockets in both black and the burgundy and once they arrived I threw those on wicked fast. The burgundy fit higher on my waist than the black ones do, despite all being a 2xl size but my 5'10" frame is loving how long, comfortable and conforming these are with out restricting movement. I even went out in the sun bent over for my boyfriend to get a look at my butt through the leggings and he was so let down when he couldnt see a thing! Just fantastic!

Scammy Business Practices. Refused to Exchanged Defective Product not as Advertised
On 11/24/2019, I placed an order for 6 pairs of underwear and 3 medium "Stella w/Pockets" leggings in 3 different patterns: green/pink, black/white, and black/gray/white. The sizing guide for each pair of medium "Stella w/Pockets" leggings is identical (waist 29-33, hip 39-42, USA dress 8-10). The inseam of all sizes is stated to range from 30-36 inches.

When I received my order on 12/6/2019, I tried on each pair of the 3 leggings I ordered. I learned that 1 of the 3 pairs, the "green/pink" pattern, was sized significantly different than the other 2 pairs I had received despite being labeled a medium. I contacted customer service with pictures showing the clear sizing difference with the medium tag still attached and asked to exchange the product as it was incorrectly sized.

On 12/7/2019, PopFit requested a photo of the item with the tag attached and a copy of the receipt, which I supplied on 12/10/2019. PopFit responded on 12/11/2019 that the product was not damaged/defective, stating: "Due to the compensation of material required for the color and pattern leggings, some styles will fit slightly different than others. This is to ensure they do not stretch white or become transparent when worn." PopFit stated that I would need to pay $4.99 to exchange the leggings which were clearly sized differently despite being the identical style and identical size.

On 12/11/2019, I informed PopFit that there is no indication on PopFit's website or sizing guide that certain colors of the identical style and identical size should fit differently. Furthermore, the measured inseam of the green/pink leggings was only 27 inches, 3 inches shorter than their advertised minimum of 30 inches. The product is not as advertised.

I learned of PopFit via Instagram, which was my first mistake.

Washed the leggings once and they shrunk. PopFit refused to refund or exchange because they were washed and didn't have tags on them. Despite paying exchange insurance.
They tried to say that it had never happened before! I have now seen that isn't the case with many others stating similar reports. Wish I had read all the reviews first.
These are not cheap leggings. If a business believed so hard in their product, they would stand behind it.
Compensate should they shrink in the wash. So disappointed in their (lack of) service.

I purchased L sized shorts and 7 pairs of L sized underwear and a L sized legging. The shorts and underwear fit fine but the leggings didn't. Almost like it was a medium sized mislabeled. I emailed them about it and got an auto email saying my ticket was submitted. I never received another email so I emailed them back. I received a response where the very first sentence was telling me they did email me and then screenshots of the email. The tone was rude and petty. They then said I couldn't return them because I already took the tags off. I didnt even ask to return them, I really just felt like I had a mislabeled pair. Very poor form and the customer service spent more time trying to prove me wrong then addressing the issue. I'll never shop here again and I'm taking all of it to the salvation army. I'm telling my friends too. Not worth it. What a waste of money. The leggings were what I wanted the other times I bought as add on from the cart. I really think you sent me the wrong size. When held up together the leggings are clearly smaller than the shorts. But forget it. The agent was rude and I'm not buying from a company that doesn't invest in their employees or customers.

I now own 4 pairs of these leggings and I honestly can't say enough about them! From the quality, to the style, to the absolute wearability of them. I've worn them to scale mountains, explore forests & tackle groceries. So many styles, so many color options, they're amazing!
