The product was equal to or better than I expected. The drawings and technical support left a lot to be desired. This was my third diy Pool I have built. I have a technical background and the drawings were ment for Pool contractors who build pools everyday, not diy customers. The Pool tech rep did not want to be overly helpful and said why didn't we hire a pro to put our pool in.
We are not unhappy with the pool or equipment but there is a gap between the distributor and the Pool mfg.

Pool Warehouse has terrific customer service. I placed my order late one night by the next morning I received a call from Mona to clarify some of the measurements I had sent. When it was still unclear on the corners, Mona had me send her pictures and showed me exactly how to measure them. The liner fit like a glove when I received it. I couldn't have been more pleased with the liner or Pool Warehouse's excellent customer service. I would highly recommend!
Overall good other than no response for diving board wrong platform no return call
The slide we bought was fairly easy to install. It was delivered on time and the delivery man placed it in our back yard where we asked him to place it. Slide worked very well all season. Kids enjoyed it.
Liner fit like a glove. Not a single wrinkle.
I purchased an in-ground pool kit 2 years ago. As a first time pool owner I needed advice and the staff was very helpful telling me more about the products. The transaction went smoothly and everything arrived in time and in good condition. I had a follow up call and again the staff was very courteous and helpful. A pleasure to deal with and I truely felt that this company cares about their customers.
The product itself was installed by a professional installer I found in my area. I am extremely happy with the product and love my pool which I have now enjoyed for 2 years.
I highly recommend PoolWarehouse to anyone considering a pool purchase.
Everything was good until we had problems with the liner. Then boom called and called never got a return call to try and resolve the issue I had.
So I don't Recommend them.
The dud I talked to on the phone was awesome...helped me get my liner for my inground and just before fall, got my new cover. Great people.
Never received part of our order, and was told it was a shipping problem. Never got our salt generator and told us we had to deal with the shipper! Still nothing, horrible service. Will never recommend to anyone...
Ordered a $15,000 kit (pool and automatic cover). They sent a ladder that was not compatible with an automatic cover and then wouldn't refund me for it. I had to order another ladder and had to pay full price for it and still have the other ladder sitting in my basement. Not a pleasant experience.
The pool cover was shipped and the cover pump came separately. So far no problems with either. Second winter in use.
Overall, great experience. I was worried when I didn't receive a shipping notice, but then got a call from the local distributor for delivery. Delivery went well.
Put one pool in for myself it wasso easy I put one in at my daughter's house
I looking for above ground pool for a few month and i was confused,to many different vendor,different price and different quality.
So poolwarehouse was very helpfull and have quality product...so the pool actually has survived hurricane irma in s.florida
Purchased the 16x32 rectangle kit. Price was great, shipping was quick, and customer service was great with any questions. I probably drove them crazy as I installed myself, but they never showed it and were quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Install was way easier than expected!
