The initial call to inquire about an in-ground pool cover was great. The lady gave me excellent information needed to make a decision. The ordering was simple and the pool cover arrived on time. It is excellent quality, great warranty, and fits our pool perfectly! We are thrilled with this entire experience from ordering to delivery. Great product and wonderful, courteous & knowledgeable staff. We will definitely recommend.

I bought a pool liner and supplies in May but I did not take out of the box until November because I was redoing my pool deck and I did not want the new liner to get damaged. When I opened the box I noticed that the skimmer face plate was too large and that I needed a smaller one. I was told that since it had been over 30 days since I purchased the parts I had to buy a new one. So in order to get the job done I bought a separate one from pool warehouse.

The staff at Pool Warehouse was fantastic. I was apprehensive about buying and building my own in ground pool but they made it a good experience. JT was extremely helpful and educated me as he walked through the countless options. I had a negative experience with a defective skimmer but both the manufacturer and the Pool Warehouse team got it resolved relatively quickly.
It was a project I knew nothing about but I found a guy who has decades of pool building experience to help me do the job. He has built hundreds of pools and had many interactions with The Pool Warehouse and spoke very highly of them. The project was intense and a bigger mess than expected but we busted tail and put the pool in and redid the entire back yard. We love the finished product and have used the heck out of it for the last two summers. We've had a ton of family, friends, and sports team parties, constantly.
On a scale of 1 - 10 the hard work was a 15 but going through The Pool Warehouse made it worth it.

Was worried about dealing with you at first but everything came together at the end thanks to the customer service provided by Justin Busch. He was knowledgeable and took care of my issues. Plan on dealing with you in the Spring but hoping Justin is still there. Would be nice if you had only one person to deal with through out the whole sale. I didn't like dealing with other people right after the sale who were not familiar with the order. Justin was a problem solver.

Poolwarehouse has amazing customer service! I didn't get the item I ordered online because it was on back order close to Christmas, but Poolwarehouse contacted me very quickly to let me know that the item wouldn't arrive by Christmas. They called and emailed personally and immediately issued a refund. It's terrific to experience such great personal service in this day and age. I will definitely order from them again because I can trust that this company values their customers and goes the extra mile to make it right.
