I bought a beautiful pool table/dining table for a great price.

Cover is not of the quality i was led to believe. Had drain added in center, will not drain rain water off can not get cover tight enough not to sink in to pool water. Have drained pool as low as i can.will try again tomorrow to contact them

After package was dropped off and bringing it into the house which was not easy. Open box to put together and found the table top felt and table edge was damaged. Contacted pool Warehouse waiting for replacement instructions and time. Other than that everything was fine. Hoping to resolve this quickly for Christmas. Then I would upgrade my experience.

Poolwarehouse was a lot of help when calling/ordering our new in-ground grecian style liner, Showed up on time and fit great! Took about an afternoon to replace, A lot easier than I though It would be!

Instructions need updated. I ordered wall padding because a salesman told me I needed it but then I called to ask a question about it and a different salesman said I didn't need it. So I returned it and had to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. The salesman need to have their facts together.

I found the representatives helpful and accommodating. The product was delivered sooner than had expected.

Sent me wrong $3500.00 pool liner. Putting it in myself didnt know it was wrong size until putting it in. Liner was about 2 feet too deep. Customer service asked me if i had cut holes out for drains i said yes, they daid sorry about your luck. Would never buy from them again!

Parts missing in first delivery. Second delivery has yet to arrive due to incompetent shipper and shipper communication. And had to wait 5 days for a pool liner quote. Seems like this company is run out of someone's garage.

I ordered a pool table over the phone after viewing online. Ordering was easy. Product is exactly as advertised. Very easy and prompt replacement of defective parts. Customer service personnel are respectful and professional. Highly recommend Pool Warehouse!

Honestly, I was apprehensive about ordering a pool cover online. My husband wanted yo purchase one from a local pool service store for about $700 more than the online price, but an inferior quality. We decided to take our chances and order from PoolWarehouse, and I'm so glad we did! The customer service reps were friendly, competent, and extremely helpful. They answered all our questions. We are very pleased with our cover.

My wife wasn't sure about getting another pool table because we sold the last one. But now that she see's it's a two in one she loves it! We're both in college so it helps with studying, leaving all of our books on the table lol. And it was a life saver for thanksgiving. Plus when my bros come over we no longer need to head to a bar. I love it!
