I was very nervous to make my purchase as it was a large amount being charged on my card. I decided to give this company a try. I was extremly glad that I did. When I called in they were very helpful with the purchase of the product. In fact, even my local pool store gave them props for steering me in the right direction. I purchased a pool heater on Friday night and had it delivered to me by lunch time on the following Tuesday. I would do businness with them again and highly recomend giving them a try.

I needed a particular model and was confident I had located it online, but figured I'd call just in case I could get someone helpful on the phone to confirm. I was amazed at the interest the sales team had in guiding me to the right purchase, talking through shipping expectations, and sending me a quote by email with a direct link to the ordering page. I had comfort in knowing (1) I was ordering the correct model, (2) the time frame in which it would arrive, and (3) the final cost including tax and shipping. And, with respect to cost, the price was 20-25% less than other sites and about 1/3 less than my local dealer tried to charge me. I will shop Pool Supply Unlimited first from now on!

Items were as ordered but shipping was outrageous. 4 bungee holders saying less that 1/2 ounce cost almost $25 for shipping really. Ridiculous. And only receive confirmation email and was immediately charged And only when I threatened to cancel did my order miraculously arrived 2 days later
