All good, everything came as planned and in great shape fed ex driver was very accomidating, unfortunate for me heater spilled off my cart and dented front cover when I went to place it.

Best price I could find on a pool heater. Matched my current heater of 10 years that gave out. Ordered it and had it within 3 days. The delivery driver even dolled it right next to my old one. Took about 2 hours to hook up and it works like a charm. I will buy all of my pool supplies from Pool Supply Unlimted.

Good Service. My sales rep. (Jose Aguilera) was very good. He timely responded to all my inquires. Even after making the sale, he promptly responded to my inquires regarding the status of the arrival. And I appreciate that. Heater arrived in the time promised. Delivery company was good. And more important, heater is running great.

It's a breeze to setup with two strong people. Just follow directions and your ready for excitement. Tried with water hose. Just not enough water but once we added water from return it was a speedy fun slide. My 5 and 8 year old boys have just run in circles getting out of water and back ion it.

EXTREMELY HIGH PRICE FOR THE UNIT AND EXPENSIVE FILTERS FOR THE UNITS.

It took 11 calendar days to receive my order. Shipment was from a location < 100 miles away. Very difficult to get in touch with customer service via phone. Tried email and they respond 1-2 days later or not at all. Good prices but don't be in a hurry... and hopefully you know what you want!

Placed order, now 2 weeks later they are asking for a review of the order I received. Yet their website says my order is pending.

I ordered a filter at 1pm and it arrived by 4pm the following day in the middle of the cirona epidemic. Amazingly fast service!

Ordered a new Pentair heater and pump motor- asked if I might be able to pick-up both items that same day. They were not able to accommodate that request, but they shipped both items free of charge. Ordered on Friday, the pump was delivered Saturday, and the heater arrived on Monday. Great customer service- I'll buy from them again any time!

Am amazed at how much i saved using your website and how quickly it came... I usually order from pool opening service but they filter was so darn expensive. I go thru several a year and will be ordering another one soon.

The pool tile arrived fairly quickly and was the correct color. The only issue is that it was packed in a box full of the packing peanuts and they were stuck to everything and blew all over the place when we opened the box. I wish they could come up with a better packing method. The cost to ship it was very a bit high also. I will use them again.
