Purchased a gas pool heater, Great price and delivered fast. Will buy from pool supply unlimited again!

Found it searching Web filters for ~ 300k+ BTU and looking for price, quality and availability. Hit 2 out of 3. Day 1 of the install, I switched the side of the intake/outflow. Cut the gasket. Day 2 bought parts and move unit into position. Day 3 & 4 rained out. Day dropped the nut into the unit. I pulled burner tray to gain access to the nut. Super design, easy in and out. Day 6 gasket arrives, I hope?

Bought a heater on monday to install on Friday, it was delivered Wednesday, and they did a great job getting it to me so quickly.

Paramount UV light works well, seems more sturdy and higher quality then the Delta UV light I replaced.

New dolphin nautilus is cleaning great. This is my 2nd purchase of the same model. My original one did great for 5 years until lightning zapped it in a storm. For the money the $600 dolphin is wonderful. Cleans the entire pool sucking up leaves and small twigs too.

Received our 16 ft. Above ground solar pool cover in record time and arrived in great condition. Happy with our purchase!

Company did not have the one I purchase in stock, but made good by substituting the slightly more expensive version. Got it quickly and it works great!

I was trying to reach costumer service all day to get a release form for me to pick up at terminal dock in MN, but I couldn't reach them at all. As a result, my shipment was accidentally delivered to Indiana and when it finally came back to MN there were damage goods. I'm still trying to sort this out.

I love the pool tile. Beautiful blue colors. I received my order thank you. I will order again someday.

I had to pay with two different credit cards and couldn't figure out how to do it on line the girl at the store call me back and was very helpful and help me figure out how to get my order in and it was great she did a great job

My order arrived very quickly, however, shipping cost more than my 4 little plastic endcaps for the exterior shade. Ridiculous!

We received our order within only a few days of placing it. Haven't hooked up heater yet, but hopefully will have good review at that time too.

The sales rep I worked with over the phone was great. Very patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Found the skimmer lid that fit. We even sent him photos of what we needed so he could be sure that he was offering the right part. Part shipped within a week when it was thought it would be several weeks. Certainly exceeded delivery expectations.

We redid our entire pool set up for a 30,000 gallon pool. New heater, filter, pump and we transitioned from chlorine to salt water. And we did it all with the help of a local plumber and electrician. Pool Supply Unlimited had great pricing and delivery was excellent. But it was the customer service that made the difference. Jose is awesome! Thanks all. We're in the pool now. Have a great summer.

Light was broken when I received it and i called and no one got back with me to replace. I also emaile and no response. It has been a week
