I am on the phone now with the credit card company. I was baited by the great price, but when the package arrived, the item was completely different with a model number that does not match. After a week of discussions, they will not refund my money. Their reasoning is that it is the same brand. It's like buying Ford Mustard, and receiving a Ford Focus at delivery. They feel that I should be happy because they sent me a Ford, so no refund. So now I am responsible for a couple of hundred dollars, and still have to buy the correct part. The credit card company says that it can take a couple of months to resolve.

I can't speak of poolsupplyunlimited.com initial intentions, but this really feels like a scam.

I bough from this people a part for my pool that cost me about $ 435.00 it takes me about 12 days to get it they have a recording and never answer the phone, after tons of email the answer and told me that it will take several day for me to get an authorization to send back the unit. I waited a week and send them an Email asking for the address and the authorization # to return the defective part. But they told me that I will have to deal with the Manufacturer to return the part, I pay them for the part not the Manufacturer, I let them know that the part is defective inmediatly and they are refusing return my money
Do your self a favor and do not buy from this people

I ordered a $3k slide, and was so excited when I got a shipping confirmation the next day. The slide that arrived was the wrong color as clearly marked on the box. Pool Supply Unlimited blamed the manufacturer. I have called 3 times and emailed once and the only update I ever get is "the vendor processed an order for a replacement slide." Yet I never get a time frame. Also, it took 4 times contacting this company before I even got a "sorry for the inconvenience." I guess when you drop a large amount of money on a product, it counts for nothing. The attitude I get from this company is that I should be grateful I received the slide so quickly, even though it was the wrong one.

LOOK ELSEWHERE! TERRIBLE COMPANY! Company shipped the wrong water slide June 8. Customer service was terrible and couldn't help me replace the slide. I ended up contacting the manufacturer to ship me a new slide. It's now almost 3 months later and the company hasn't gotten the old slide off my yard. They made us load up the old slide which is extremely heavy to put in a box which they never came and got. The boxes got ruined in bad weather. I also injured my knee loading the slide into the box. The company shipped us a new box with no date to pick up and said we have to load the 400 lb slide into the box again. My husband is a disabled vet and I hurt me knee loading the first slide and the company could care less. I would never purchase from company. The service representatives have been unprofessional and unhelpful.

I wanted to order a pool liner pad. The website said out of stock but that I could order it as a kit with pool coves. My pool doesn't allow for coves but I ordered it anyways because I needed the pad in time to assemble pool for daughter's birthday. I paid for expedited 1-3 day shipping. The pad that was supposedly out of stock and only available as a set was drop-shipped from the manufacturer in Illinois and was sent ground, not expedited. The coves were sent separately from PSU in a destroyed box. (The company tried to tape two boxes together to ship the 4' coves). The pad was a cheap, thin, white fabric; not the pad pictured on the website but I had to use it because by the time I received it, we barely had time to get the pool up and fill it for my daughter's birthday. I left a message for Pool Supply Unlimited and it took weeks to get a call back. On July 3rd I finally received a call and the representative was very nice and apologetic. She said I would receive an email confirming a refund in 2-3 business days. Never got an email. I have been emailing with this company since early July regarding al the issues with this order. I went to the trouble of sending the coves back and STILL no refund. I have completely been given the run around and have dealt with 3 different people. I feel scammed.

UPDATE FROM MY REVIEW BELOW. They shipped my outdoor sunshade crank wands (two each) in a flimsy two-piece box that was barely taped together, and by the time it arrived the box was bent and one of my crank wands was damaged while the second one was missing. I ordered similar wands from another company and check out the box they used (braced and protected on the corners so that the box would not bend during shipment). See photos below (3rd photo, boxes side-by-side)... box on the left is PoolSupplyUnlimited shipping box and box on the right is from another online vendor. Folks, this is the difference between a company that cares about "service" AND a jacked up company (PoolSupplyUnlimited) who only cares about making a sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

CAUTION!... CAUTION!... CAUTION!... Future Buyers, please, don't make my mistake. Read all of the one-star VERY RECENT ratings at various review sites (e.g., Google, Trust Pilot, etc.) before you even consider ordering from these rip-off artist.

I would not buy from this online shady seller again. I purchased two crank wands to raise and lower my outdoor sunscreens over my patio. 22 hours later I received no notice from them that they had shipped my order, and I decided to cancel the order. I sent them a request to cancel the order and an hour later they sent a notice that my order was shipped. However, when I went to the UPS website to see the status of my order, it only stated that a shipping label was printed and the item was still with them (had not been picked up by UPS yet). It's clear that they simply did not want to cancel my order, and instead decided to lie to the customer rather than retain a prospective future buyer.

Second issue... I tried calling both of their numbers on their website and no one was answering either number. Only after consecutively calling their *******337, consecutively for about 10 times (to irritate them) did someone finally answer their phone. Poor business practice, i. E., having an answering machine take their calls, and why would they not want to answer a call from a customer?

It's hard to believe that for a measly $43.00 purchase they are willing to risk the reputation of their business by cheating a customer and lying to a customer that the order had shipped, when in fact it did not. Pretty sad and shady. STAY AWAY from these clowns folks, they don't know how to run a business. The customer's satisfaction should always be # 1 (in order for that customer to come back)... and, instead, keeping $43.00 was more important to them.

Yes I received my filter and I also got a new pump change the whole system out and what a difference I would recommend the system to anybody that has a pool.
