After ordering a new pump from these jokers and waiting 4 days to check on its status ( which was pending) I called and after finally getting a real person to talk to I was told she couldn't explain why it hadn't been shipped yet since they had them in stock. Told me she would check on it and e mail me the next day w information. Still waiting for that e-mail. Have since called several times and left messages. No answer. Also contacted via e- mail with the answer being they would get back to me in 72 - 96 hours. That aint happened yet either
The items were in stock and order processed very fast. When I received the shipping confirmation I was concerned about the shipping method indicated. However both items showed ahead of schedule, very fast processing time. I cant say the same for competitors like POOL WEB, I'm still waiting on that shipment.

It cleans the pool excellently but I was expecting the Dolphin to draw a pattern of cleaning the pool, it appears to do it very disorganized, also to clean the walls and steps. Till now it only goes up to about half the walls and does not seem to know how to clean the steps. Am I missing something?
Fast shipping, I had questions & used their chat option which was easy and a real person, then I ordered 2 pool filters 1hp and 2hp, minutes after I placed my order the person from the chat called to personally make sure I didn't order two filters by accident, really great customer service experience. Everything arrived and appears to be working. I've just been running it manually for now. Generally it is working great, but during it's 2 hour cycle, it doesn't seem to cover every inch of the pool. I'm still trying to figure out how it calculates coverage. Seems to be random for the most part. It doesn't suck up dirt is some of the corners.

Pool Supply Unlimited is 20 miles from my house. I called their number to inquire about buying a pool pump. Their phone system said they were too busy to answer the phone. I sent them a message through their web site asking if I could drive there and buy a pool pump or if they prefer to ship it. They ignored my question, but put my e-mail address on their Marketing e-mail list.
Finally, I just ordered it online since they pay for shipping. It took ten days to get here. There was no tracking information provided. The shipping company said that I had to be home between 9 a. M and noon to receive the pool pump. They arrived just before 1:00 p.m. I could have used that four hours to drive the twenty miles, buy the pump, go out to eat, and drive home if they had answered the phone or answered my e-mail ten days earlier.
Pool supply overall was good. Our shipment was delayed by ups 3 days which obviously was not Pool Supplies fault. I did email Pool supply twice and I did receive a phone call however the woman who contacted us was not as friendly. The second email we did not receive a call. I did find chat on line and the rep was helpful. The biggest challenge with this site is speaking with a live person
Answer: Is apparently a legit company, but does have sleazy business practices. They charge your credit card even if they do not have the merchandise, or even know when it will be available. After cancelling order because of this, I am STILL waiting for refund. I believe that is fraudulent behavior!
