When I did a Google search and found the best price at petcaresupplies.com this time, I placed my order. It arrived here in Massachusetts after nine days, which is a little long for domestic suppliers. The package had been mailed in the United Kingdom and the product was in South African packaging.

When I placed my order, I specifically looked for the picture of a US package, and that is what their web site showed. The complicated multi-layer packaging of the drugs I received looks genuine, like what I am used to from US suppliers. But I am leery foreign suppliers because of the sophisticated counterfeits of drugs flooding the world. I guess the drug is OK, and I decided not to go to the trouble and cost of sending it back. But I'm not happy about the "bait and switch" they did: posting a picture of the USA version of the drug and then sending me something else. I no longer trust them and won't order from this company again.

Their products are not from the US. They are from overseas. You can not verify if they are fake because if you open the package they will not refund your money. I realize it can be expensive to buy these products from places like amazon or petco but it will be more expensive if you make you dog sick by using products you don't know where they come from or if they are real. DO NOT BUY FROM PETCARESUPPLIES.COM! Its worth the savings!

I ordered from this company but did not receive a confirmation email. I called to request this, but was put off. Very strange. I called back, but the man hung up on me. However, I did get a confirmation of the order after I called a third time. But, now I'm really suspicious. So I checked the internet and noticed that the company had 16 complaints and an F rating from the BBB. I immediately called back to cancel, but when I said I would hold until I received a confirmation of the cancelled order the man hung up on me. I called repeatedly and the same man identified himself under several names, but it was the same person. He said he I was talking to him from the UK and that it might take several days to get an email from there. What? Then he said he sent it again and perhaps it was a problem with my server. I kept calling back, and he kept hanging up on me. Finally, I said I would be calling "the authorities" and I got a confirmation of my cancellation within minutes. However, I am worried about this guy having my personal and credit card information to use or sell. I called Chase Bank and they cancelled the charge, but they said technically this company could resubmit the charge based on my original authorization. Even though I finally received a cancellation confirmation from this company, now I need to recheck periodically to make sure they do not attempt to resubmit the charge. My clue here was that this company was charging so much less for their products, which are shipped from the UK, than any other company. If it looks like too good a deal, it just might be a bad deal.
