My friends and I have left for a trip along with our pets. Back at home, I had treated my Plato with a generic topical flea treatment. Though for precautions I carried Capstar along with me (God bless me for this decision!). I did not use Capstar at home because I wanted to block the flea re-infestation as we were on a trip. Well, all of a sudden Plato was all covered with fleas on the 8th day of the trip and he was going crazy with all the scratching. May be that generic did not kill the eggs, I suppose! I immediately administered capstar and my furry buddy was all back to normal in just a day. I bought it from Petcaresupplies at discounted price and the transaction was hassle free. I was going through the reviews and some of them put me in a dilemma whether to order or not. The prices of branded products were so tempting that I couldn’t resist and ordered Frontline Plus for my dogs. The package was delivered to me after 7 days, which is pretty much on time. And it worked very well for my pets freeing them from the nasty fleas and ticks. So, I would recommend everybody to try PetCareSupplies once as they have the best to offer at minimum cost. As for me, I really don’t mind the look of the package as long as my pets are healthy!

Would not order from this company as their free shipping takes much too long. Unless you are not in any hurry for your items don't consider this company. I needed flea medicine and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. By then, my cats tail was raw from chewing on it. Should have picked up something local but had no idea the med's would take so long to arrive. My cat if fine now but looking elsewhere for my feline purchases.

THE PRODUCTS THIS COMPANY SELLS ARE NOT EPA APPROVED-Do Not Use!

Contacted Merial in South Africa as well as North America. Explained that I had ordered Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies, the package was from the UK and the product I received was from South Africa. Merial told me explicitly "DO NOT APPLY PRODUCT". The product was manufactured in South Africa and for use ONLY IN SOUTH AFRICA. Merial told me that the EPA has not tested and does not regulate products from outside of the USA. According to the EPA, "Legitimate product tubes will also include the EPA Registration Number". The product I received does not have an EPA registration number. The EPA doesn't consent to the use or sales of Frontline Plus manufactured outside of the USA. This company is breaking rules with the EPA and sacrificing the well being of our animals for their own monetary benefit.

I rescue dogs and often need to buy pet supplies. So, to cut the budget I usually experiment different online stores to buy stuff for my furry friends. Like other reviewers, I am incredibly dissatisfied and concerned with this company. I called and sat on the phone and listened to it ring at least 15 times before hearing from a representative who told me that my package was somewhere? And that it would be here eventually?

Well eventually still has yet to come, and when and/or if I receive what I ordered, I will not be compromising the health of my dog to save a few extra bucks. I would rather spend twice the amount now and get a quality product that I can trust.

I purchased Frontline Plus from PetCareSupplies.com. When I received the product, it was not packaged like it is when I buy it from my vet, Costco, or 1800PetMeds. I quickly researched how I could tell if I received counterfeit FrontLine. Front my research, I was 99% sure that I had not received authentic FrontLine product. I called Merial in Duluth Georgia, and they confirmed that the lot numbers on the "FrontLine" I had received were not issued by them. She explained that I should not use the product because it could have very harmful affects on my dogs. Thankfully Merial has a wonderful policy that they would replace the fake Frontline for the authentic product (one time only). Lesson Learned... do not buy an products from PetCareSupplies!
