I purchased Frontline Plus from this site. I recieved the frontline 2 weeks later and became suspicous when the front of the boxes said "South Africa" and parts were not in english. I checked the MERIAL manufacturer site on FAKE product and learned it was FAKE! I reported the site to the IC3 (FBI in charge of internet fraud) and the MERIAL companys fraud site. I also reported it as fraud to my credit card company and cancelled my card. I will NEVER order pet meds online again. I still have the product as evidence in my pending case.

I believe that other online pet stores can learn a lot from PetCareSupplies about how online business should be all about. It is all about the transparency. If you compare the rates of their products with other online pet stores in USA you will be enticed to carry out your future pet care supplies from this online store. The quality of the products received are of first-rate, so the argument that goods sold at a lower rates are not effective enough goes in the bucket. I purchased Frontline Plus for my dogs from the online store, but was not able to receive the product as I was not at home when the postman delivered the parcel. I called up the customer service representatives at PetCareSupplies and explained the situation to them. They were very cordial and understood my genuine request, thereby resending the order once again through the post office. I just received my order from this website. The product came from Halfway House PO Box 5924, South Africa not the address posted on this review site but the telephone number is the same. There are many negative reviews about this address as being a knock off site and Frontline Plus warns that this has nothing to do with their parent Company. Now I don't know whether to use this product or if it will be harmful to my dog! If it sounds too good to be true, it is!

I ordered feline Frontline, to save a drive to and from my vet. It took about 2 weeks to receive my shipment, by which time I was regretting not having just gone to the vet after all. When I opened the meds, the packaging did not look quite right to me. There was a different cat photo on the package, the text was not all English, and damage amounts were not in ounces. So I did some research. It turned out that what I had received was Frontline packaged in and for other countries. So then I researched whether the dose and ingredients were the same as the U.S. version. I found conflicting information online, but in the end determined that I did not feel comfortable putting this medication on my cat, because I did find many reports of people saying they had done so, and had problems -- mostly with their cats actually getting fleas after being treated with this medication. Because the shipment came from overseas and had gone through customs, returning it would have been problematic, so I actually ended up throwing away the medication and losing my money. Lesson learned for me. I will NOT order from this source again, and personally will only purchase directly through my vet.

By the way, I also suspect that a lot of the positive reviews of this site are fake.
