I have experienced delays with you twice already but the problem this time is the process was completed and it has not been credited in my bank account yet like in usual times.
Had my worst experience, I spent months! I lost hours and money trying to make this account work, trying to verify my address and identity so I was able to withdraw. They made me leave home several times to gather documents they would never approve anyway, print them, scan them, they even received my rental agreement with all my personal information, off course with no resolution. This company should definitely be audited. Use PayPal instead, it's fast, reliable, easy, transparent.

Guys don't use it, they froze my money 700+ usd and it has been more than 2 weeks and their customer service are non existent and they never help. Don't use it and avoid it at all cost
