Creo que en para estos montos la plataforma podría contar con alguna autenticación a través de la app. Creo que redundaría en mayor seguridad contra los fraudes.
I was trying to get a solution from about 6 months but no luck finally Jullie and Mary understood the problem and resolved very efficiently.
I've been facing issue for over 14 days, and some support team members were unable to resolve it. However, in the last communication, I was fortunate to speak with a support member who was very informative and resolved the issue within 24 hours. I only wish she had been present in the first communication with the Payoneer support team so that it could have been resolved sooner.

My overall experience was wonderful.I had a very nice and friendly woman that was helping me. I had explained that I was an educator but I was not educated with my payoneer account since only in twenty twenty two. I had several questions that I was unsure but she was great at Listening skills and comprehension.She was able to resolve all of my issues with future help. I would recommend her and I hope that she is recognized for her help today. Again?I would like to remind you that sometimes you don't get help like this or people as nice. When a customer is a victim of fraud in a bank, the bank should block the card and dispute the charge with the merchant.
It is absolutely unacceptable that Payoneer does not follow this procedure. The first agent I spoke to told me to wait for the charge to go through, almost like cooperating with the fraud, and Payoneer won't stand up for the customer when it's stated that the charge was fraudulent, unrecognized and unauthorized. Customers just have to accept to be victims of fraud and Payoneer does not take any measures. This will make Payoneer lose some customers as some of us have our savings here.
