I had some trouble moving my Level $ to my designated Checking Acct I opened. I couldn't get ANY $ off of my ccard because it had expired & they didn't send out a new one. So they told me they would send me a new one but it would cost 4 I said no this wasn't my fault, they told me it would be to me in 3 days@ no cost. Well it didn't arrive for 7-10 days as the email said they sent UGH! I went to bank when it did come in ready to get the bank to transfer $ & the payoneer guy said you have to do it online UGH. So this A.M. I called payoneer & Matthew was the ONLY one that was able to assist. He got on computer & helped me all the way to fixing the $ to go straight to my Cking acct from now on. NOW if the $ gets there in 2 days I will be Happy. If not I'll be calling back.

After one month of trying to log back into my account, and 1 hour on the phone with someone that genuinely cared about getting to the bottom of my issue - it is solved! Thank you guys for your support and professionalism.
Extremely bad experiences:
1. You never ever get back to people via your (lack of) support service(?). I ALWAYS have to follow-up with an (international) phone call.
2. Quite often I have been given conflicting info.
3. Your website is one of the worst I have ever experienced.
4. Feel sorry for the support people (who are usually quite nice) who have to work with such a bad system.
5. Was thinking of using your escrow service but decided against for the above reasons.
6. Have advised these problems numerous times but my comments continue to be ignored.

You didnt asked users about changing policy about 5000$ to enable "request a payment". This is very bad and we cant (i can't) have a 5000$ in payments without requestiong a payment. I will need to change provider and stop using you.
My experience was great ill now I got my main payonner card blocked by payoneer support without my permission and they said will send me a new card asap but Didnt receive it yet
You have very supportive and polite customer care people. They work hard to solve customers issues. I would like to tell the approval teams to support them, because they handle the approval issues
