I am a long term customer and I am very satisfied overall. There has been one time when my issue has not been resolved and I am still waiting for my EUR card to arrive.
I'd open account in my company name and also had received debit card (master card) and activated 3/4 months ago. But suddenly after transferred the fund the from airbnb.com to my debit card (payoneer account) my account got blocked without any reason. I mailed so many times but didn't get satisfactory reply. At last, i made an overseas call in UK call center and had around 20 min talk to solve the issue. But even from her i didn't get happy reply. She told me that i'd opened the personal account thats why they blocked it. Surprise, if it was personal account then how did i received the debit card in my company name and activated as well? So she advised me to open new account with company name which i just did it and waiting for approval.

Overall, the support is brilliant. The main problem IMO is the lack of the Support Agents. For example today I was waiting more than 1 hour before I got (great and professional) help. Sometimes it is better to spend additional time to get the PRO-level help, yes, but not so long)
It will be good if I get my funds back as soon as possible. (the amount that the ATM holded) Everything else is good and i`m satisfied with the services.
I don't know what I would do without my Payoneer account. It is the only way that I can obtain funds from my UK based PayPal account. The service is excellent and on the rare occasions that I have a question the customer service team are always totally professional and respond with empathy.
I would recommend Payoneer to everyone.

I don't know what I would do without Payoneer. This is literally the only way to receive money online from my country. Received a lot of money up until now, and never encountered any problems. This is definitely a life-changing service, it improved a lot of lives for sure. I'm really angry at people complaining about Payoneer, please don't listen to them. Yes, they don't respond to customer e-mails often, but you have other options like live chat and phone call.

"If my client (Deluxe) pays me in USD, will I be able to withdraw the money in USD to my USD account in my Israeli bank?"
