I've ordered clothes for my grand baby over a month ago and haven't received them yet I've emailed them no response or anything and what company dont have a number were you can call customer service I should've known better than to order from this site
Love PatPat, I am addicted. From their family clothes set (so you can all match), to the individual clothes everything I have received has been great. The customer service is excellent. Can't say enough good stuff about this Company!
The item I ordered for my daughter did not fit. Rachel was quick about taking care of this issue. There was no problem with getting a different size. They responded in a timely manner and have already processed my order.
Shipping costs were recently increased and when I inquired about them they stated that the Increase was due to their courier. No one is going to pay $100 for shipping cost on clothing items when you can get free shipping Other online stores.

I ordered $65 in clothing in May. It still has yet to arrive! There has been no movement on the package since 6/10! It's now 7/29!
I email them daily and the reply with a bogus answer each time. Soo frustrating. Don't waste your time or money!
I decided to try this business out, so I ordered coats for my twin boys... like a month ago. The tracking info hasn't changed since 9/28. It just says there's been a delay and they are working on finding the location of my package. So I called them to just cancel my order and they basically gave me an excuse about not being able to refund my money. I have never had an issue like this before with any company, and not only will I never shop here again, but I also plan on sharing my experience with my many mama friends.

I won't be using pat pat again the shipping times are absolutely insane. By the time I receive her clothes she probably won't even fit them anymore we are going on 3 weeks of waiting and have emailed customer service and they did not seem concerned at all.

I ordered twice through the application: first everything was ok, except one pair of socks: I ordered a baby size, and it was good for my big son who has a foot size of 29-30!
I thought probably I made a mistake...
The second time I ordered 4 pair of shoes and all the 4 pairs arrived in different sizes, I don't even understand... (size 33 instead of 29 e.g.). On the application I tried to complain about it, but all 4 times it didn't get through... otherwise the products arrived in time and the quality is decent, too, but the sizes of the shoes are as if they would've sent them accidentally, no matter what I had ordered... very strange and disappointing.
Update: I sent them an e-mail and they replied really quickly offering either to give me vouchers or pay my money back. Their customer service was really quick and professional!:-)

Quality of the fabric is really great, stitches are clean. Fit can be improved, but that is expected if you're catering to people of various sizes. Customer service I received from Crystal regarding a fit issue was promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Would recommend this site.
Clothes didn't quite fit, hence I wanted to return 3 of my 4 items. Send a message and received a prompt reply with different options, I chose the refund, which was then processed very quickly. Heinz Paul was super helpful.
1. Tons of cute options! I'm a fan of matching family outfits, so having a whole category dedicated to it makes me happy.
2. The delivery was faster than I expected. I think initially it said it would take 2-3 weeks to come in, but I received all my orders thus far within about a week.
3. The sizing is accurate. For the most part, I size up for my little guy because he's tall for his age, but there have been a few things I've bought at his current size and they fit without issue.
4. FLASH SALES ARE WORTH IT!
I've purchased our matching Christmas outfits and love them! Also purchased another matching family option that I'm excited to put to use!

Ordered around 10 items last week, it took around 3-4 days to deliver but one of the items was missing. Contacted their CS and they replied 1 day after i submit the e-Form online. Missing item will be send back to my address without any extra cost, overall products received from the 1st batch were pretty nice and decent. Will purchase again for sure.
