I am just in love with PatPat clothing. I have done few orders already and can't wait to do the another one.The material from they use is extremely nice and comfy for babies and breathable. Prices you get there everyday just amazing. More than one deals everyday. Plus (mom Levels) go up with every purchase. I can't get over this app
I'm trying to return items, cause they don't fit. I've waited for Customer Service chat, cause their email is down... And I got to the point of being third in line then I get the error "no agents available. We can't chat right now. Try again later." Despite them claiming on their website their chat is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Don't bother with this site.
I have had 10 exchanges with customer service about what should be a very simple issue. Yes, 10! I even sent screen shots three separate times and they keep sending me stock wording about "policies" that do not apply to my issue. The issue was a website error that didn't allow me to claim my already purchased discount (with points that are now lost). I am more annoyed at no resolution than the lost money. That a company cannot find a solution is frustrating, to say the least. I have purchased numerous times from Pat Pat, but am extremely frustrated this time around.

This was my first time ordering their stuff look really cute. However I placed an ordered in April and still nothing if been emailing customer service with no reply at all. Worst service. Patpat has nice stuff, everything there is amazing, whether shoes or clothes.
Also, their customer service are great, Mary handled my complaint really well. She answered me back in no time and solved the problem for me. She was amazingly helpful and understanding.
I have been purchasing from them from quite sometime now, clothes are super cute and quality is ready very good. Unfortunately one time an item didn't fit well, i contacted customer service, quick response from them, they promptly processed refund.
These guys have been popping up in my ‘suggested posts' for months, I kept looking and adding stuff to my basket but always changed my mind before ordering as I was worried that such low prices would mean poor quality. I finally placed an order and it arrived in 10 days and I am very impressed. The quality is fantastic. The kids sizes seem a little on the large side and the adults on the small size, but the clothing is lovely and I'll definitely be back!

I've ordered twice from Pat Pat. The first time it took about 8 weeks for my Oder to arrive but the second time it was here in less than 10 days. Improvement. Sizes vary greatly and the best advice I have is read the size guide carefully, take your own measurements and stick to the guide (unless you can see pics of others in their garments).
I ordered a few times from them through the app and delivery is always an obstacle course... they should pick their partners better because they lose clients by not being able to deliver on time. It is gonna be one month I am waiting for 2 parcels!
The items are really cute but they are pretty thin and accessories on them are not good quality (I thought all was sewed together but they are just glued so after 2 times in the washing-machine, it falls apart).

The products are hit or miss- I've gotten some great items and some that are sizes way off. The customer service is always top notch though and very quick to respond! Jimmy was attentive and made sure any issues I had were resolved quickly.
