I purchased 2 swim trucks for my fiance which we thought Xl would be his size but came to find out we need a bigger size. So I emailed to start the return process. I had a super easy return completed without any hassle. My representative Hazel B was pleasant and friendly and walked me through the process every step of the way by email. She was very attentive and made sure she address any concerns I had. My return was completed in 1 day I am completely happy. Thank you Pat Pat. I definitely will be buying my from them!

I often order from Pat Pat clothes but also stuff for home. I always received them in a good condition and time frame.
Recently I had to contact their customer support, as one small article was missing. I was nicely surprised about their professionalism, they replied very fast in a friendly polite manner. I got a voucher for my next purchase. Happy with that.

So I recently just had a question regarding where my order was and Pat Pat got to me immediately and resolved the issue! They are always prompt and everything is really good quality for an amazing price. They always have holiday specials too!

I have been trying for a month to get information on an order that I placed on Oct. 21. No information in my tracking information, even though my order was shipped out on Oct. 21st. I have emailed 2 times, no response. I am past the date needed, since it was a birthday present. I'm not happy at all and will never trust ordering from this company again. I'm so sick of losing money on these companies. Another 35.00 down the tube. I should never trust a company that doesn't post a phone number!

I am so happy I gave PatPat a try! They have a large selection of cute clothing and specifically maternity/nursing clothes. The delivery was fairly quick and they provide a tracking number to make it easy to know where your order is and when to expect it. The part that has made me a new loyal customer though, is their customer service! It was absolutely phenomenal. I had two items that were delivered correctly, they just didn't fit my body how I was hoping and usually I dread dealing with returns or the headache of customer service, but their rep Susie B. Responded to me the same day and made it all so easy!
I am very happy with PatPat and am looking forward to ordering more cute clothes from them!

I was a little hesitant when first ordering from PatPat as it's hard to believe it is so cheap and still good quality but the items are so cute. When I have had issues with sizing or an item being damaged they are quick to help and refund or send new sized items. Susie B was extremely helpful over the easy to use 'chat' on the app and even let me keep the wrong sized items for friends and family which was so kind! I love PatPat!

Hands down the best clothing app I have found for my daughter they never disappoint! They have amazing quality you'd be shook when you receive your items and it's higher quality then expected and patpat does well of that! The shipping Can be pretty fast! And over all Pat Pat is just the place to go for trendy fashionable loves.

First of all I'll say these clothes are so so cute! The prices are unbeatable. I accidentally made a mistake while ordering and they helped me fix it, even though it was my mistake! I was very pleased with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

I recently ordered several items from PatPat.com. While most of them were a success (e.g., matching Hawaiian shirts for my husband and young son), one item didn't quite fit right. When I contacted PatPat about a return, they offered to let me keep the item (which I'm passing along to my sister) and receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase. Now, I get to choose something new for myself, and I don't need to worry about returning the jumpsuit.

Items were late, and they offered me a refund. They definitely made it right. Most of the clothes were not true to size and ren big, however the quality was very well made. Some better than others. I did feel like the items came to China and they added Pat Pat tags once they arrived to United States because there was an additional shipment label over the previous one. This is probably why it took so long. Overall great customer service, and they made it right. Thank you Pat Pat!

PatPat is a Brilliant children's clothing website and is very reasonable too, they also see small household items like lights and kitchen ware. Christmas decorations are lovely. I have purchased lots of children's clothes and shoes and lights and Christmas decorations. The customer service is excellent. I had an issue when I ordered the same dress multiple times and Ham B in customer service was so kind and helpful in getting my problem solved.

I have been buying from Patpat for my 3 boys and myself for about 1 year now. The clothes have unique an cute prints that are so adorable on babies and then unique fun prints for older kids. I have bought everything from baby clothes and breastfeeding tops to towels and sink plugs! Time and time again Patpat's products have been high quality. The reward system is also great, you just need to download the app and make a first purchase to start seeing discounts.
