There is literally no flavor to most of the foods. Crabrangoon was cold and had runny cream cheese. Even the pop wasn't good. Not going back.

After waiting a year for Macedonia OH to open, we ordered today as take out. The food was fresh but had NO TASTE! Our family agrees we will not be returning.
Just got our usual order from our local Panda Express…. Boy did this place go downhill FAST!
The 3 item combo was 1/3 the "Normal" size.
The white rice tasted cardboard, like it came out of a box, NOT Steamed…
The overall Taste/Quality of the food was very Bad.

Several time we encountered rude cashiers and workers they are not well trained like chick fil a they rushed us to finish our orders and when we asked if everything in the bag cashier answered mad sounds like of course hurry up and leave. Don't order drive thru guys or else your BP will go high
I went here to purchase dinner on Monday July 17,2023. I order white rice instead of vegetable rice, and when I went in to tell them the manager a young kid, tossed my food with a horrible attitude as if I did something wrong! What? He was the one that messed my order up. I then was like who's the manager? He said I am my chin dropped I couldn't believe! Where is the customer service, there was no I'm sorry about that and correct their mistake instead they gave me attitude! Unreal food is expensive very expensive and to purchase a plate and it's given to you wrong as if they're gifting it to you to you is not fair!
DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE IS GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

When did panda express change their policy to stop selling their spicy shrimp after lunch? What time is the new policy? I stopped at 3 panda expresses in cedar park, hutto, pfluggerville, tx and all stopped selling before 2,3 pm. Alot of customers were lost. Pan was clean abd they said kitchen closed, they r done selling shrimp etc. They hv everything else I see them cooking but not shrimp spicy.
I've been in Panda Express three times and the advertising price and it'll be double every time you check out I ordered a small bowl which is 690 one entree and one side order and it come up to $9.67 poor place to eat I won't be back I got to give car that's worthless as s***and it says to do a review show your receipt I didn't buy it cuz they tried to overcharge me
They would not serve me because I was deaf and that is stupid they should serve everyone and not just pass them in line if I could I would give it a 0
They food is delicious in they have the best customer service and I give them for a rating 5 stars for sure
I ate at Panda Express for the first (and last) time last night. The WORST food that I have ever gotten from a restaurant. Greasy and disgusting. And the tiny portions make it a complete rip off.
I got 5 $#*!ing chicken here it wasnt $#*! the rice was terrible so was the chicken do not eat here..
The restaurant (if you can call it that) in Center City Philly gives you more food in a Bowl than a plate. They do not give you fortune cookies or sauces if you order online. When you call they are rude.
Been on hold for over 10 mins with HR why is no one answering this is my second day of trying and nothing why even try. They don't care about their ppl at all
Black people stop eating Panda Express. It is the most openly racist chains in America. I don't know we support these racist businesses. I've seen it first hand. When they're not speaking English they're talking about you. Trust.
