I had 2 different meals weeks apart in 2 different restaurants. Both orders were inedible. I wrote Panda, they offered a coupon for another meal, which I turned down. I asked for a refund, and am having to argue with the customer service to get it. Their food used to be good. Now it's not. Not going back.
I went to the panda in the Scottsdale Pavilions. The food was meh but the service from Iris was fantastic. She was very busy with a line of people out the door she did what she could while working with those who stand around chit chatting.
Panda express was so bad when I came the food was bad it looked like there was mold on it and they didn't give me all of my food
I am just wondering if every customers is getting same small serving for their food today. I always eat here like monthly but now seems a bit less than the usual. Just sharing.
This is the second time in less than a month that we have been toPanda Xpress in Greenfield, Indiana and the lobby is closed and it was like 715 and the drive up is not able to service you either you need to do something about this or you're going to go out of business
9 months ago I had panda express food delivered to my house and it was cold and over an hour late. Made the mistake of giving them a second chance. Ordered orange chicken and fried rice and got burnt dry hard chicken and half cooked white rice that had the consistency of rubber and cooked super greens. Total waste of time and money. Won't be a third chance
Panda recently raised it's prices and now gives you smaller portions. Also, the chain already charges me extra for it's coconut shrimp, but now has shrunk that portion too. I have made my last visit to Panda and Chipotle. Both have lost their luster. Addios!
I was enjoying my day got my panda Xpress to open my fortune cookie with no paper in it how rude and and cookie was stale
It was total crap. Tiny bits in my order. It's fake not real chicken.
Chicken does not look anything like what they are selling.
Long wait for basic item such as chow Mein at dinner hours 5:19pm, rude service, useless manager :( you would think such a busy branch would be friendlier and more prepped for dinner rush. Rude
Ok I don't do reviews but I am so upset I had too order online Tuesday around 8 pm send Hubby to pick it up only 10 minutes away food was cold and not fresh sweet fire chicken steal hard and dry call the store to complain they apologize and say yes coming anytime and we will redo your other for free ok Thursday decide to going manager was not in so I speak to one of the associates who call some one else ask for my name already I could fell attitude I give her my name she go to the office and come back ok we don't have one of the items you other you got to wait 15 min they making it wait wait wait more Thames 30 min them when she was going to make the plate was no Chow Mein wait again another 20 min she go to make the plates I realize the chicken look dry and steal again so I ask can't I change the item yes but I will have to charge you extra I say ok she charge me 3 dollar when is only 1.25 to add Shrimp dint give me the chicken on topped with a extra charge and attitude this is the Land Star Location customer service really SUCKS
Every location employees aren't nice they don't care and never smile or friendly. They stopped letting you sample which is bd because they are never consistency in the cooking and meat so you have to try it if it's good that time that place. They are getting lazier about chopping their veggies so they are big and bulky and most every dish is full of veggies with maybe 5 pieces of chewy chicken. The place is a rip off and they raised their prices to dine in real Chinese restaurant prices... it's a shame I used to avidly eat here all around the us since the 1990's it's at the point where it's just north worth it anymore. They chain should close down. Because I don't see them caring or making it good or with it again.
New opening Panda Express 5270 US hwy 98 South Lakeland, Florida. Asked about my sides, she told me the beans were in the bottom of the Beef and broccoli. And they weren't in there. I wanted lowmain noodles in the other order, she had to put them in as I waited in the drive through. Not Happy not worth it if they don't care to give you what you pay for.
Please bring back black pepper chicken! Please? Was the best! And service has gone way down hill! Bring back black pepper chicken!
I ordered the new sizzling shrimp as an entree for my plate meal and I got 3 shrimp...three! Mostly veges with it...rediculous. AND I had to pay extra for the shrimp because it is a premium item...Really Disappointed...Long wait too
I recently visited a Panda Express at Desert Ridge mall in Phoenix ARizona on Monday April 17.2023.@8:30 pm at night. I had hair in my food. After I arrived at home, the store had already closed.
The following day, I spoke with Isabell and explained that I would like my meal made over. She responded "I need the receipt". I explained that my proof of purchase is my credit card.
Isabell insisted "I need the receipt only".
I was later provided a phone number for Krystal, the general Manager, but she has not even bothered to call me back
I also have saved this meal so that a manager can conduct an investigation as to why hair was part of my orange chicken meal.
Today is Saturday. April 22nd and I will be throwing out the completely filled plate of orange chicken 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 white rice.
Not sure why protective gear is not required and maybe just maybe. Hair would not have been in my food. But someone should conduct a ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS.
Very disappointed in the lack of service and the hair in my food. This is not sanitary
Something crazy is going on at this store and when I asked Isabell if this is best practices for a customer to see hair in the food?
She offered no comment
HAIR IN FOOD BUYER BE WARE
I ordered food at the Noblesville Panda Express, in person, to go, on April 19th. What I ordered would need to be made because they were out, so I waited. After about 10 minutes they served guests who came in after me, who were dining in, the entree I was waiting for. They told me there wasn't enough for me and they'd need to make more. I said why did you serve it to guests who ordered after me and she simply ignored my question and said they could give me something else. I replied, I want what I ordered and had to wait a total of more than 20 minutes before getting my order. Not even an apology. Extremely poor management and I believe she was the manager! Do better.
They charge you all this money but don't give you the food you pay for they don't fill all the way like they told to do that we want our money's worth stop cheating us
The orange chicken was dry and very tough the teriyaki chicken was a hunk of fat with chicken skin, nasty, the rice had no flavor. Should have been 3.00 for the meal after cutting all the blubber, and fat and skin off the chicken which left me with a Tbs of chicken. Won't be returning!
The first time I went to Panda Express it was hot, fresh and delicious. The last two times the food was questionable. Rice and noodles were hard and the entres tasted like they had been left under a heating lammp for hours. Are you guys serving us old food cuz it sure as h**** tastes like it.Two thumbs boooo
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
