This was absolutely the worst food. It was literally dripping grease. Additionally, it tasted like vinegar had been added to the dish.
Hiram ga restaurant today handed me uncooked noodles and besides the girl had an attitude on top of it. It was hard uncooked noodles. Shame on you people
This business on Power and Mckellips in Mesa sucks! I wont be back to this lousy restaraunt. They ran out of soy sauce as well.
BIG 0 service plus staff had lots of attitude. And they do not care about your order. This is very disrespectful
Stop at the Panda Express in burnaleo New Mexico for lunch and I got the steam vegetables with gunpowder. Chicken compiled chicken was good. The steam vegetables were mixed with their old dry.
I placed an order at 7:39 pm and the food was arrived at 10:03pm Saturday evening. I will never order from Panda Express ever again.
The food here is mediocre and this building inside is so cold feels like a morgue. You sit down to eat within 10 minutes; your food is cold. It's a good thing I did not bring my grandbaby here she would've froze. Panda has to do better on their entrée portions you're basically paying for the noodles and rice
When I lived in Colorado springs the Panda Express near me was usually good, but since moving to Pueblo 3 years ago I have not had one single good experience with this place. I hate myself every time I cave and give them another chance. From my scheduled online orders being nearly an hour late while I wait to pick up, and then failing to fill the container on premium entrees more than halfway (love that when I pay extra), and them taking my money for things they don't have in stock... Its always something. Maybe it's just with online orders because that's all have used for this locations but it has been a horrible experience every time. The last time my teriyaki chicken was charred to a point it was inedible, who serves black chicken that is hard? The Pueblo Panda Express. That's who.
Food and service are poor. Not a good value, either. An unpleasant experience, and I'll never return
It was pretty good the chicken was outstanding but the rice was very stale 3 and a half out of 5 but the chicken was the best
First thing I order broccoli beef they had me something that looks burnt and very old he said oh won't get you some new stuff I said no thank you that orange chicken fried rice absolutely no taste no sauce packets I'll highly recommend finding another place to go
I've now been to more than one Panda Express - they all SUCK - 1st they rip you off by putting a mountain of rice decorated with very few pieces of what you actually ordered - I wanted beef & broccoli but basically got rice - they must have rudeness as a requirement of employment but with what they serve it's not a surprise - will never visit another again
Good food usually but the portions on the entries are small. Ordered a shrimp dish and I watched the girl count the shrimp. 4 pieces must have been too many because she literally took one of off and put it back. That was a premium dish that costs 1.50 extra. Sad. The service was good though.lol Better off going to the privately own Chinese restaurant were the portions are spilling over the container and it's cheaper.
Went to pick up an order. Of the items I ordered noodles, orange chicken, mushroom chicken for one plate, rice king pan and mushroom chicken for a second plate. I had to wait for over half an hour for the king pao and orange chicken. Needless to say the rest of the items were cold by that time.
It will a long while before I go back to the Washington street location or any other store for that matter.
I went for lunch at the Panda Express in White oaks. And I got the shrimps with half and half the noodles and the rice. Well the rice and the noodles tasted like they were a day old and it's wasn't hot The shrimp was good but I will not eat here again. Money wasted and I tried to like this place.
Very bad service at the store located on 7826 Paseo del Norte Rd
El Paso, TX *******
United States spoke to eriberto (mgr) about iit he did not fix the problem

Dear manager the customer is always right and you were super rude with me dont worry i will never go back
I wanted to call out Tarun (I hope I spelled his name right!?) at Panda Express on Ames. Great guy, joked with us, exceptionally friendly. He refused a tip (they can't accept them) so I wanted to make sure he's mentioned. Even had the food been sub par (it wasnt; it was great), his attitude and friendliness would've made up for it! Rare qualities now-a-days!
I ordered a big plate with three different items and fried rice. It came wit only one item and rice. I also asked for two different condiments and napkins and got none of them.
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
