The panda express on Seneca Road in Eugene Oregon is very poorly managed. And the staff there are very rude to the delivery drivers and they seem to put their orders together last after all the patrons are served. There really needs to be someone on the delivery orders. Good food but poor service.
Awful portions awful looking and taste very sad for the price I paid. Noodles tasted as if they were sitting for days and a really bad fishy taste just sad and awful never again
My husband & I have visited the Panda Express located on International Speedway Blvd for several years & have noticed its decline over the past couple of years - yesterday was probably the worst experience so far - although there were just a few customers in the restaurant eating, all the tables were nasty - I had to wipe our table just to have a clean spot to eat - the young lady who took our order wasn't interested in the fact that I was allergic to stir fried rice, but was out of both brown & white rice - also, the floor was filthy & instead of sweeping, then mopping, the same lady came out and swept with a mop - a young guy also came out & instead of wiping the tables down properly with some sort of sanitizer, he just dusted the stuff off the tables - pure laziness. After we observed this and leaving, I noticed how dirty the parking lot & grounds were - garbage laying everywhere. It's such a shame the management doesn't care enough to train their employees better. You are representative not only your Integrity, but the company & the city of Daytona Beach.
This location says in its doors on its website that it opens at 10:30. It never is. Not sure why they say that. Must be letting the employees run the ship and they don't feel like showing up on time
I last visited a Panda Express several months ago and the experience with the food was NOT good. I went during the evening around 7 o'clock. The beef broccoli was a brown green in color and it was cold. It also had a funny taste from sitting in the warming bin for a couple of hours. The rice is always firm to hard. The only time you usually get any fresh and hot food is during the lunch rush hour, after that, the food is always lingering in a warmer turning into something that's disgusting and close to the border of food poisoning. I went to their website to express my disappoint with the food in their "survey". All they offer is a worthless apology and a "free" entrée with your next purchase, that does NOT rectify the problem. How about I get my money back. I stopped eating there. I won't be back until they make a vast improvement and offer a total refund when you're not satisfied.
I ordered a plate which requires 2 entrees and 1 side the employee sounded like someone new and I understand they are still learning but he had mistaken me for another plate and I paid both for $30. I would appreciate it if you trained them a little better to understand what people are ordering.
Bad FOOD! This place is very stingy with the mushroom chicken and beef and broccoli. I received very bland noodles, very bland fried rice and no soy sauce in the delivery bag. There were very tiny pieces of chicken in the mushroom chicken dish. Not near enough beef with the broccoli. This place loads the bowl up with rice, noodles and barely any chicken. Hardly any beef with the broccoli. Ate some of this NO FLAVOR dish that had very little sauce in it. Walked away from eating feeling hungry. Never again will I order from this place.
I know inflation is high but this is ridiculous super less food for how high they charged now. Do not buy Panda at 4600 south 4000 west by Smith n Home Depot
Panda express Brighton Co, had metal fragments in the rice. Panda mgnt could careless dared me to sue
I would like y'all to cook y'all noodles better they are soo dry. Then the rice dry too then it's like the workers didn't even try. My 6 year old sister could do better than this. But yea that's all imma js go to china one from now on.
Patterson CA. The rice is very Good today. Happy Days. Very good price. Great service. My Family loved it.
The ladies that were there helped me so much. They were so thoughtful and kind, the food was amazing.
I figured i would stop by our Panda Express for some dinner here in Grants Pass Or. I ordered two plates, one was Kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When i tell you the kung pao had like three pieces of chicken and a bunch of peanuts (way more then i have ever gotten) and fried bits. And way less rice and noodles, but i'm paying the same money. No thank you!
This food has no positive attributes. Do NOT waste your money. It is beyond me how it is in business? No one we know likes it.
Ashley was extremely rude. Took food out of my plate. Took the payment and walked away with attitude. Did not attend me when I approached to order. She was busy talking to other team members. Her attitude changed the min she came up to me like why I am even in that restaurant. She took portion out of my plate when I asked why she did that she is told me she already gave me enough portion again with huge attitude and told me it supposed to be 1 and 1/2 breast per portion. I because I asked, she on purposely give me small portion on orange chicken and then only 1 and 3/4 of breast portion on my big plate. She was like why I was even talking to her like she is Miss beauty queen, and I shouldn't be talking to her. Upon charging she walked away with attitude as well without even saying anything to me. I as a customer not only paying her salary, but I am also giving panda express a business to stay in business if your employee can't understand that and can't respect a customer, then they shouldn't be in business. I will share that to all my friends, family and my social media followers so they will know what kind of business you are running.
I ordered a family meal hours in advance from the Sandy Plains location. Ten minutes before the delivery was to arrive I received an email saying the order was cancelled and that I should call to find out more information. I called and there was no answer. I assume they were closed but the website said close at 9:00 pm and it was 6:00 pm. Very disappointing.
Went in to get some food. Ask the server about if I don't like something can I get something else since they don't let you taste test it no more she had to talk with manger. Manger was behind the wall talking with her like we weren't even right in front. We ask that question because some of the food look like it was up there for awhile. We had to ask the manger to come from behind the wall and talk with us and he said if it is something that was just make he wouldn't change the food. When I kept asking him questions he said I was being rude and told us to get out. I just ask for his general manager card and left store. And he let me know that this panda is independently owned and they don't follow what other ones do. I am a very humble man and if you don't want me to spend my money with you I will definitely go somewhere else. I left a message with the general manager with no response. In her defense Monday was a holiday.
They're too cheap to give teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki bowl if you order delivery! The food already tastes bland with the teriyaki sauce so just imagine without it.
Good food but I didn't order hair to be in my food. I was just eating my food and it was super good, until I took a bite of orange chicken and a hair wrapped around my tounge. I tried pulling out the hair but it was ATTACHED TO THE ORANGE CHICKEN. How? Safe to say I threw up that night. No thanks
The decline in service might be caused by the lack of available people to work. Not something I think any restaurant could avoid! The decline in food portions and the lack of taste is something I think they could remedy!
I for one have given up on them! Three bad meals in a row was more than I am willing to overlook. Under cooked food, lack of sauce in the entrees hard stale rice. Going to frequent a local Chinese Restaurant where price are a little higher and food is great!
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
