This is to panda express in Gainesville Texas. Every time I go there always out of half of the menu. Tonight I went tried to order steamed rice and orange chicken. They told me they're out of steamed rice and orange chicken. Decided to order teriyaki chicken and fried rice. They said we're out of teriyaki chicken. This is something that happens on a normal basis in Gainesville Texas at panda express.
Ordering online at the Cheyenne n civic center restaurant was ok food was good and warm by delivery but the quantities of the food was very less then what u get when you pick up yourself
I paid $1.25 extra for the beef steak entree which I have done in the past but today I got nothing but vegetables and sauce and one and a half pieces of beef. Very disappointed. How can an employee actually serve this? If you're out of this entree don't give me the leftovers give me the option to switch it to another entree. It was very busy and they were out of rice and chow mein. So I didn't get to see them serve the entrees.
Order online, and the worker cannot get the order correct. An amount that is not worth the money, my coworker is a Vegetarian...we will not order there no more
Looks like everyone is using the due to the rising costs excuse to stick it to the consumers. This business has obviously reduced portions with the smaller trays. They have even changed the offer for completing the survey. Now you have to buy two entrees to receive a free SMALL entree. And they have also decreased the egg rolls. I stayed loyal after the disgusting packaged teriyaki sauce but after spending over $15 today for pitiful portions, I am done!
I took my 5 year granddaughter to Panda on Gilbert and University.
WORST service EVER my granddaughter want a kids meal mixed with rice and noodles the side of orange chicken.
One server One Cashier she didn't get the kids meal all in all it was $30.00 for us two with nothing with anything.
When we went to sit down she wanted her drink? Never got a cup, and when finished she asked for her cookie. NONE the lady had pink hair WORTHLESS when I approached the counter again she said "so sorry but you need to pay for a drink and don't give cookies anymore "
Why would we pay for a drink with a kids meal?
Very depressing
Will NEVER go back there and told everyone at work what happened so they lost all of our business. They called this a kids meal!
I went to Panda Express to order three meals to take out on Grand Ave Diamond bar CA on 1/21/2023. After I got home tried to eat with my friends but found no spoons, forks, chopsticks in the bag. We could not eat and the room was empty because it was remodel. I was so upset and called the restaurant and asked if I don't get utensils how customers to eat! A waitress took my call but she responded that I did not ask for utensils. It is ridiculous! Should customers ask for utensils when it is take out? It is common sense! Should I say I have to pay when I get food? Panda Express does not educate their employees and train them. The worst things is that I keep calling and other 2 waiter answered the same question. I did not ask for utensils. Now I see so many complaints and Panda Express provides really poor service.
3 times in 1 month i have came for chicken and everytime they are out. I will not be returning and I hope this business goes under!
Service was very poor. It did not appear that there was any meaningful supervision at the Lawrence Road Panda Express. Had to wait because proper preparation had not been performed. This is not the first time we have encountered poor service.
Tonight I decided to go get Panda Express because I usually don't have a problem with them but tonight the food was absolutely nasty. I couldn't eat the orange chicken because it was so hard and the chow main was so disgusting. I give it a one star rating
This is the second time I went to panda express in castle rock co... The first time was great... This time it was almost inedible. There were two pieces of meat in the broccoli beef. There were two pieces of meat in the broccoli beef. The chow meon was dry with no flavor and no vegetables. The fried rice was hard as a rock and in clumps I hope they get their act together as my first time was great.
Again no pepper chicken. Last week out of white rice and black pepper chicken. He said they no longer do the pepper chicken. Last time I go to the apple valley and bear valley panda.
I purchase lg Honey Walnut Shrimp with my order. My container felt like it was not properly filled. So I brought it back to them to show. She said thats correct they only put 28 pieces of shrimp because they count when they put them in container. I didnt want to make a scene and make her count them in front of me, so I just left when she told me that. When I brought my food home, I decided to count the shrimp. There was only 17 shrimp. Ripped off Honey Walnut Shrimp is expensive! She should've checked it herself!
I felt the Ala Carte Orange Chicken I ordered was overcooked. Some of the pieces were downright chewy. Worse, the fried rice that came with my order was absolutely tasteless. It certainly wasn't fried. What I got was brownish rice with some diced up carrots and garden peas. It was bland and added nothing to what we were about to eat. Even splashing some soy sauce on it did nothing to help bring it back to life. The restaurant was out of Sesame chicken and there was no ragoon with cream cheese.
1. Tiny portions
2. Very expensive for what you get.
3. Super-processed
4. Very unhealthy
5. Main ingredient is processed sugar.
6. Pre-made generic pot stickers with lots of preservatives.
Today I bought a "teriyaki bowl" with white rice at the Panda Express at the Southgate shopping center. Half the rice was hard and uncooked, the chicken was tough, the price went up and the quantity and quality went down. The last time I went there and bought the same thing, it wasn't up to par, but I thought I would give them another chance. However, this time it was worse and will not go back. This time I thought it necessary to warn others of their problems. One of the other stores may be better.
They do nothing about the homeless that sit outside and cuss at you if you refuse to buy them something
I used to like bringing food home from this Panda Express. I hadn't been there in a few months and something has changed. Maybe the management. There is nearly NO MEAT in their meat and chicken dishes now. Just an assortment of vegetables and sauce, hiding the fact that there is nearly no actual meat in the meat dishes. I won't be back again.
Paid $30 for gift card online. They sent me a.card with nothing on it, zero balance. I have called 6 times and sent 4 emails over the last week and they won't respond. I guess that's a pretty good profit for them. Next time i will donate to a charity instead of a corporate CROOK.
I have been going to this Panda Express at the Outlet Shoopes of Atlanta since they opened and this is the first time I feel skimped on my food. I even mentioned it three times and both of the young ladies just laughed then when I got to the register she asked me to round up I said, are you kidding after you skimped on my meat and she had the nerve to comment is only five cents and slam the register.
Horrible attitude for the holidays!
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
