We typically hit the drive thru once a week. More often than not, the order is wrong, so I always check it before driving off. This time one of the entrees wasn't ready, so I had to drive around to the front and wait. Once I received my order at the curb, I checked the bag, and of course they forgot the soy sauce I requested. I returned inside to get my sauce and expressed my displeasure. As can be seen by other reviewers, and was my experience, there was a lousy interaction with what I expect was the manager. Anyone ever wonder how they can afford to pay "managers" $75k - $100k per year? Take a close look at the quality and portion size. $15 bucks for $3 of food, that's how. Manager stated, "see you next time". No, no you won't. Here's a tip, next time simply say, "I am sorry we didn't get your order right, what can I do to make it up to you?" Customer service 101, which this organization clearly doesn't teach it's people.

I just watched an employee mix old food stock with new batch. The old batch clearly appeared to be sitting a while. I request and willing to wait to get a fresh batch. After watching the employee mix the batches together. I requested to take a sample from another dish option. The employee replied this is what we do mix the food stock & refused to allow a sample taste. The only thing I could do was walk out the store because I would have likely said some very bad words after what I saw.

Ordered DoorDash from panda made and capitalized my special orders called to make sure they received said special order and was up charged 3 extra dollars asked for no onions when I received my order what did it have you ask yes onions plus the change I asked for didn't get it either so I called and was told the manager is on the phone and will call me back when he's done and verified my phone number of course no call back to make it short after more than 7 calls I was told manager is on the phone managers not here manager will call you back manager is off today 3 days and over 10 calls nothing I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THOS PLACE EVER AGAIN I didn't go up there because of work and was too mad I couldn't eat my food I threw away 25 dollars literally do not go here don't eat their food they are horrible I give panda a -0 stars I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave it blank
Panda Express located on the island of Oahu, Station 76, King and Kalākaua: an online order was placed, paid for and delivered. The incorrect [appetizer] portion (s) was sent (small vs. large). No answer on the store/station landline/phone. An email and social media message was sent (with pictures of the items and receipt). An acknowledgement from the Guest Care was received, yet no solution or resolution. No refund was given. 24+ hrs later, still waiting on an answer, refund or account credit.
Update: 72 hours... a solution for the incorrect items was received. Via Facebook messenger, Panda Express offered me coupons or a refund for the incorrect items. I chose the refund. It was the principle of the matter, not the food. I like the food.

I ordered a "bowl" with fried rice for $8. There was less than 2 ounces of chicken (I weighed it) and 6-8 small cubes of zucchini over about 1-1/2 cups of rice. It's a total ripoff. I'll NEVER go there again. Gave one star because 0 stars wasn't a choice.
My whole family ordered food we spent about $70 with delivery and everything when our food got here. All of the food was wrong we got random food. Some of the plates were missing meat. All of our food was ice cold really disappointing.
At one site the black pepper chicken is as follows, chicken meat is now minced meat, the celery is so tiny it can barely be seen let alone tasted, the dish is now full of chunky large raw white onions with celery and chicken sprinkled in.
The chicken and green beans are as follows, the chicken is in small medium and large pieces and the green beans are no long long but rather cut green beans that look to be a whole one cut in half and they look old vs. fresh. The ter. Chicken is waterlogged and always burned. This site leaves the food out until it is dried out, stuck to the pan and overcooked and most people will accept it, not sure why but they do.

I went to panda on 4100 central sw albuquerque nm. They won't let me or my son use the restroom until I order and show receipt to get code for restroom. Micheal was rude and I advised I needed to pee and will order after. They state policy. And have poli e escorte out. I have video of this as well.
I visited panda ordered teriyaki chicken and it was very light In. Color and jiggly I had to cook over when I got home and noticed it wasn't done. Question does panda use artificial chicken grown in lab? #lasttimebuyingpanda
After eating the tiny portion of meat I had plenty rice. Would've given 5 stars, but the rice is kind of expensive.

Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
