Cockroach

Usually I LOVE when i order panda express but this time i found a cockroach in my orange chicken and it was alive and moving when i took a bite. It SCAREd THE $#*! OUT OF ME I WAS FREAKING THE $#*! OUT. So yea i am not ordering from there again.

Wrong order!

Ordered 2 bowls at Bastrop, TX online. Went in to pick up and it was ready. But when we got home, the whole order was wrong. Didn't go back because we live in the country, but it was a big disappointment. On our next trip we told them about this. No apology, nothing offered to make it right, Nada! Not what I expected for their mistakes.

Food under the warmer too long dried out shouldn't be served. No sauce for fried Rangoon unless you ask for. This location is not like it used to be

Horrible Service

Out of all the restaurants where I live, panda has got to have some of the worst service the in our area. Local restaurants seem to be the way to go.

I generally don't have any complaints about Panda Express, but today I was craving it so stop before coming hone. I was very disappointed that the Orange Chicken tasted old as if it had been sitting there all day. I visited the Panda Express on Cobb Parkway in Acworth, GA around 5 pm. I really understand the situation we are all currently in at moment but at least serve fresh food if you're open for consumers to spend their money. Now I'm uncertain if I will go again due to service given today. I ordered the big plate and that was one of my selections. Also, notice in the picture the broccoli was over cooked.

I'm a repeat customer, 3-4 times a week. I order the same thing everytime, black pepper chicken and they remove it from the menu. Why? Just because it doesn't fly off the shelf like orange chicken. Who gives a sh**, we don't all want everything fried. They just lost my 60 dollars a week. Children's hospital just lost a weekly donation as well. Good job a$$h*les!

GETTING WORSE

PANDA USED TO BE GOOD AT THEIR PORTIONS BUT NOW WHEN YOU PORDER 3 ITWMS, YOU GER BARWLY ANY FOOD. I ORDERED 3 ITENS WITH RICE AND NOODLES BUT I GOT HARDLY ANY RICE, JUST A SPOONFUL OR TWO. I PAID GOOD MONY AND FEEL CHEATED.

Not impressed tonight.

We eat P. E. about once a month and usually enjoy it... but tonight was just not great. They were very busy so we waited for our mobile order, which is totally fine... but it was a chilly night and of course the restaurant is closed due to Covid. First off, I didn't get the fried rice in my plate that I ordered, and it's my favorite item I got chow mein instead, and it was just flavorless. Our super greens were waaaay undercooked... like literally raw broccoli and cabbage. Very hard and bitter. We really tried to enjoy the meal... it was just almost impossible tonight ‍

Bad customer service

Went to location on Hollywood Blvd and 441,
It was 9:06pm, read on line that they close at 9:30pm. They had main door closed and side door semi opened, went in and was told that restaurant was closed and it was only opened for side curb pick up and said that for this time they were going to serve me.
They did not have the teriyaki chicken on the front so I asked if they could check on the window buffet, manager rapidly said we do not have more, that's all we have without even making an effort to go and check, window buffet section is 2 steps away all she had to do is turn around and look.
Panda you need to teach your representatives to be more efficient and give people a little more respect.
And I am not going to tell you about cashier's attitude, that would be another page.

Reocurring themes
November 18, 2020

No matter what Panda Express you visit, there seem to be reoccurring themes::
1. They never open on time
2. When they do open, there will be little to no food prepared
3. They is a no rhyme or reason to their portion servings. It's random, depending on store and employee
4. If there is a problem with the food, they will refuse to refund
5. Items will always be missing from your order
6. You almost never will receive the teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken. You also won't receive soy sauce, napkins or utensils
7. Food quality is not consistent, just depends on who is on the wok that day
8. You will wait forever in drive-thru
9. They are often without an operable ice machine
10. They will wait till a food item is completely out before preparing anymore. Meanwhile, the rest of your order sits there, getting cold
11. If you are told to pull over in the drive-thru and they will bring your order out, nope, you are going to be forgotten about and have to go inside
12. They will refuse to start making new food as much as 2 hours before close
13. They will consistently close early
14. If you place an online order, it will not be ready when you arrive. In fact, they will deny knowledge of it
15. If you write a Yelp review, customer service will respond to you, but it will be a canned, copied and pasted response basically saying they will alert management to the problem.

HEY DUMBOS! MANAGEMENT IS THE ROOT OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS!

I need my refund!

Your employees at the Savannah location treat people like crap and expect them to patronize your business. They took my order, made me pay, did not explain anything to me and expected me to be a mind reader to know that it will take longer than 10 mins for the food to be ready. The entire time that I was just standing there waiting for some explanation for the delay/for my food to be given to me, they were attending to others in line but just ignored me. I then demanded for a refund, and I was told (by these employees with attitude problem) that I will get the refund on my card. When I asked how long it will take for the refund to appear, I was told it will it will take awhile. It has been 3 months, and you are yet to issue a refund. Instead I was asked to call a 1-800 number, and they now claim I should have made a complaint for my refund. Well I was not told that I needed to make a formal complain for my refund. As a matter of fact no store/fast food has ever done that. I do not care if it is $13.86, I still want my refund. You don't get paid for not issuing a customer her food, for having an attitude with the customer, and above all, disregarding that said customer.

Last chance

They never have their menu. Something is always missing. Even if you order and pay ahead of time. The manager doesn't call you back even after being left a message. This is the second time showing up and we came early and they said to me this is it for the night. We were here well before closing. The last time really left a bad taste in my mouth, where I ordered and payed for the food before getting to the location which is about 25 mins from my house. I really am disappointed. I don't think we will be back to the Apopka location. The nearest one after that is 40 minutes away. So our two to three times a month with be slim to none. Hopefully some changes are made at this location because business isn't going to get better with menu items always missing.

Very dissatisfied
November 2, 2020

I went to Panda Express on Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake Va. Spent 35 dollars. The bowl had 7 pieces of orange chicken. The kids meal only had four half pieces and the plate omg was so small. I have 6 very small pieces of orange chicken and four pieces of the honey chicken. Very few noodles chopped up to look like more. I can go to any Chinese place and get double the food. I will not be spending anymore on Panda Express until you decide to give your customers their money worth.

Why order ahead?
October 30, 2020

Placed order on web site. Arrived at scheduled time. Had to wait 20 min. I could have went through the line (4-5) people TWICE. Seems all counter employees were working with first come first served. Never place a computer order again.

Nice cashier but honey walnut shrimp had no walnuts. Orange chicken was bland and excessively fatty. Beijing beef had way to much spice. Won't be back

Chicken FAT

We have visited our local Panda Express #2905 in Richmond Ky numerous times and have had quality food. Well the last two visits were disappointing as we had an excessive amount of rice so as not to have as much main corse. The meals we had today were Both the same for me and my wife and there was a lot of fat in the Kung PAO Chicken. And as last time a LOT of fried rice. We won't return.

Very disappointed
October 18, 2020

We used to be very good customers of FDL Panda, but not anymore. We went through the drive thru and were asked to pull ahead because they were busy. After 25min and seeing the other cars get there food and many people come out with food i went to see the problem. I got inside and she said its just done. I said I didnt want it anymore after that amount of time and I want a refund. They were refusing to give a refund and no supervisor was on. I finally got my money and then the girl told me never to come back to their store. What the heck, we are trying to support our local business and this is how we get treated. Because of that employee, they will never see our family there again. She took the receipt so I don't have that proof.

This was one of my favorite places. Not any more after last nights visit.
Their serving portions were so reduced we both were hungry after the meal.
Any food place who are stingy on their servings will go down soon.
Will never visit Panda. Will look for other chinese food
