I tried the newly advertised steak and shrimp dish. I had the bowl which costs a little over 8 dollars.
There was 3 shrimp in the dish and the steak was well done and very tough. They added potatoes as
Filler. Who ever thought that they would add potatoes in with rice or noodles.
To recap: Tiny portions, Potatoes in rice, really? Steak (Not prime) was overcooked and very tough.
Vegetables, very mediocre at best. Do not purchase this meal. Location: Sugar Mills Mall Lawrenceville GA.
I just ordered the green pea chicken bowl with white rice and I got mostly rice and very little chicken and it definitely did not look like it did in the photograph. Their photographs.are terribly misleading. So the next time you ordered don't expect to get what you see online because it ain't going to happen
I don't usually waste my time in writing a bad review, but today I just got to the boiling point, don't know if within the store managers get rewarded for saving the corporation money in giving to customers less portions, you as a consumer pay for a full order and you end up getting 1/2 portion, and this happened to me not only in one particular location but several locations throughout TExas. So I'm done with this company, But quick solution I'll stop consuming from Panda Express.
Delivery service is awful, used to use these quote alot but now won't deliver to DSO from Mirdif. I have pointed this problem they have countless times. They come up with lame reasons how to get round it but none work. They need to put DSO on their website but they won't so use someone else now. THEY DON'T CARE!
Panda Store#2233
I went to this panda express in Charleston, which is drive thu only. I order two Pates with Two different side, they do not tell your total until you approach the window, okay "I said" So I get my plates and go, Check the plates and it was nothing I ordered. The Drive-thu was about a good 6 cars ahead. The point is, you don't have an option to tell them that the food, We ordered is incorrect because now, we have to get back into the drive-thu line and wait again just to tell them... and for $18.93 the portion of food is just not worth it. POINTLESS TRIP, ( I live 30 mints away for this store#2233}. My family & extended family, friends as well, have been a cheerleader for this franchise for a good 10 years all over in some states, where ever was a panda express, I was there, on military bases to just being in the neighborhood. Drive-thu only is not fair to your loyal customer... Just Saying by a Painful Goodbye
Simple confusion at the drive through window, and comments from an attendant led to angry words exchanged.
The attendant could hear both myself and the passenger conversing about the order and continually kept trying to respond to the both of us.
If she could not discern the difference between our voices I completely understand. However the asinine attitude she took has guaranteed I will never be eating at panda again.
It is far more convenient to cook a better or even worse product to enjoy, than it is to deal with a drive through attendant who can't slow down and listen to those ordering.
Went to panda express tonight for dinner only to find out that their menu had changed.
Also their prices went up 100% same price for a container half the size of the old ones.
No Chicken egg rolls and Who no what else was missing from their usually wide variety of food to choose from.
I think the managers must be spending the money for running the restraunt gabbling or who knows.
This is a fairly new panda express #0596@ 9795 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas Nv. *******
Sincerely confused in Las Vegas
. On Sunday May 2,2021 me and my wife ordered carry out. The order was 2 fried rice, 2 shrimps honey walnut, kung pao chicken and teriaki chicken. A couple of hours after eating at our home we both fell severely ill but she was far worse than me. (I learned later from a doctor that this is because I am on a medication that helped) That was the only food we ate together that day. She couldn't sleep that night. On Monday we went to immediate care center and the doctor said this is food poisoning. The severity of the food poisoning caused my wife terrible suffering and a high medical bill. She couldn't eat for 2 days. I called panda express and told them what happened. They said somebody from corporate will get back to me, but nobody called, looks like they careless. I have conferred with my lawyer and he is working on my case.
Panda is no longer for the customer they will not let anyone in because they don't want to clean the place up the people are rude and I will not be going anymore
I got food poisoning from the Panda Express on 4898 San Felipe Rd San Jose CA *******. I will not ever eat at that restaurant and any other Panda Express and I don't think anyone else should either. They all should be closed for ever.
Oder the sweet and sour chicken very spicy. My grandson enjoys this dish but very spicy for him.
The chow main didn't have any flavor and dry.
The honey chicken and the orange chicken no flavor, you couldn't distinguish one from the other.
A small suggestion don't put the same spicy flower on all your dishes.
It's like frozen chicken with different sauces!
Like really? I'm in a tiny $#*! town in Utah and they just won't open the dining room. Everyone is vaccinated. Stop virtue signaling and grow some balls. Smh
Just ordered for delivery at Nostrand Ave Brooklyn location. Very Small portions, cold food, no condiments. $25 wasted. Won't be ordering for delivery from there again!
The food was horrible and tasteless, the only good thing was the fortune cookie, no flavor! Everything dried and salty. I will not buy again at Panda Express
Never EVER GO THERE! The food is atrocious, DRY, TASTELESS, OVERPRICED, OVERCOOKED.
Didn't eat this concentration camp garbage.THE WORST, THE PLACE IS RUN BY CHILDREN. I thought that there was an age limit, or a law about underage kids working. They were RUDE to top it all off. WASTE OF MONEY! WHY DO PEOPLE WAIT IN LINE FOR THIS CRAP! If I could give them a negative -100 I would! WARNING WARNING WARNING---- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
I've never eaten at Panda Express and my teenager and I decided to give it a try... we were really hungry. What a huge disappointment. We both ordered the Honey Sesame Chicken with white rice. We picked up our order and hurried home to dig in. Food was dry and unappetizing; chicken tasted like cardboard and wondered if it were real chicken I consumed. The majority of the meal sits covered as I type this review. Needless to say, I won't ever visit any Panda Express in the future. I guess I got what I paid for at $6 a meal. Next time, I'll spend more elsewhere for better quality food.
Went to the Panda Express by Lambeau in GB yest. We ordered kung pao chicken and shrimp via the drive thru. They asked us to pull around to park for a small wait on the kung pao after we had paid. After 20 mins and seeing many ppl go in to order (and eating in vehicles next to us), we went in to ask about it. After 30 mins, they came out and asked if we wanted a free small drink due to our wait. We asked to just get any order we were tired of waiting and they said nope the kung pao is made. So what's the delay? The shrimp now! Needless to say, we waited 35 mins for a drive thru order in which they could've told us about before we ordered and the food was flavorless! Never again!
They are always running out of food. What gives? Do they not know how to manage quantities? I can understand out of chicken here and there. But my local store runs out of sweet and sour sauce. How does that happen?
I love the food but I can't ever rely they will have it or not. It's a shame..
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
