I pulled up to the Panda Express Drive-thru at 1 pm and when I gave my order (bowl with fried rice and Teriyaki Chicken), I was infomed they were out of fried rice. Seriously? A Chinese fast food restaurant out of fried rice? Isn't that like Wattaburger running out of beef? So, after sitting behind two other cars waiting for their food and getting attitude from the cashier, I had a salad at Panera. It was delicious. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I'm not at all surprised Panda Express has less than two stars. Want Chinese? Try Panera. Your chances are better.
At 4400 Hampton Ave, St Louis MO: I've always received great customer service and incredibly flavored food. Try the Beijing Beef and Chow Mein. They're a great group of people.
Food was not good and not warm. Tasted like it was old and over cooked at that. And for the third time went to get what was on menu online and you get there and no longer have that. So tired of it. Never again. Done! No wonder I hardly ever see cars at this one. And your a new location. Sad for you!
It seems like every time I go to Panda I get less and less product I get four times rice and then just a little bitty chunk of orange chicken now I know that you know you got to make money but you're not going to make money by not giving the customer what they're paying for $10 and change just for orange chicken and rice come on man. Also I did not get my receipt
Went to panda express West Bend today at 5 PM wanted to order five entrées…BUT They were out of white rice… No big deal to the workers… no explanation No apology.
Just were out of white rice. And there's a 15 minute wait for chow mein the other side. YOUR Panda express how the hell can you be on the white rice at 5 PM?
I ordered food for my family and the beef and broccoli was so tough I couldn't eat it. The broccoli was just stringy stalks, no pieces of the head of broccoli. I paid extra for a large portion for son and it was the same amount of food as the smaller portion for my grandaughter. I asked twice for sweet and sour sauce and cashier finally rudely responded. "Look in the bag". When I got home there wasn't even 1 packet of sweet and sour. I won't be getting food at the Pflugerville, Texas location again! Their whole staff is rude and non-caring!
I really loved Panda Express I get my food there everyday but it seemed they keep putting the price up the last time it was only $. 50 and they put less food in it. What's the deal. Shrimp and steaks you get this extra pay $1.50 for I'm not so happy. Ripping off people. You guys need to changed that!
When most entrees were unavailable because they were an HOUR away from closing, my husband stated that the selection wasn't sufficient. Employee, Ashley, then ordered us to leave and flipped us off in front of our small children. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Ordered 2 item combo with chicken teriyaki, honey walnut shrimp, fried rice and chow mein. After paying the premium for the honey walnut shrimp, upon biting into it, i realized that the shell had not been removed before it was battered! Tried a second one with same results. Could not eat any of it! Also, asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, which was left out of the bag, so no sauce on the teriyaki chicken! Then to top it off the fried rice was dry with no flavor! The cookie was good. But who wants to pay $10.00 for a fortune cookie? I wish I could give them a rating of zero!

Lompoc panda sucks now. 930 5 cars in line and can't get orange chicken or daily special shrimp w steak. That's the 3rd time in the last couple months that has happened. Bunch of crap. I use to frequent panda at least 1 a week. I won't go back. You should make whatever is on your menu. Almost as bad as Kentucky fried chicken whom never have what's on the menu. Ordering from PandaExpress on line is fine except I think they purposely don't include the sauce they supposed to be included with the entree. Without the sauce the rice is extremely dry. This has to my family on more than one occasion. Because of this I will not order from them anymore.
Ordered shrimp fried rice with chicken and broccoli combo with an order of crab ragoons. EVERYTHING was absolutely horrible. Shrimp fried rice and the chicken and broccoli had a sour taste like it's been sitting out for hours. Food tasted disgusting. Crab ragoons were undercooked and filled with a big blob of cream cheese. Taking a bite of undercooked wonton with a cold center of hard cream cheese, no crab. Asked for a refund or fresh cooked food and they told me "No, you get what you order." I'm also 8 months pregnant. Horrible tasting food with horrible customer service.
I tried the new local Panda Express that just opened in Roxbury Towhship, NJ using a BOGO coupon I got in the mail. I ordered two Entree bowls with sides of brown rice. What I got was two bowls of brown rice with sides of Broccoli Beef in one and Kung Pao chicken in the second one. Good thing I had the coupon, huh. I am very disappointed in their portion sizes and will not be visiting them again.
My Wife ordered food from the Panda Express at the Location: ******* Old Glenn Hwy, Eagle River, AK ******* and what I found once she got home was a meal that was half eaten and I mentioned she must have been pretty hungry, she said "what" and I showed her the meal. She was taken aback. It looked like someone had discarded the meal in the trash and then sold it to her.
I contacted Panda Express and the on duty manger said "oh" we must have put the wrong food into your order. She added she looked a video and said that's what she saw. I asked her for a replace and I drove 35 mile back to the Panda express (round trip 70 miles or so) And by the way we have one 10 miles from our home, and since my wife was in Anchorage she stop at the one on the way home. The manager told me when I said I was going to complain that she won't replace our meal. I then said ok find give me the replacement. NOT A GOOD way to welcome a current customer. Not happy at all, since I felt completely insulted by the lack of attention to a simple thing like "toss the trash in the can" don't resell it. I can say we now have a bad taste in our mouth and in our pocket book over this Stupid behavior. By the way I took a picture of the food she sold us. Her excuse was "well we are really busy" my wife no there were not busy. Over all Not good at all.
Went today at the Tigard Panda Express restaurant & their noodles tasted burned. I thought it was just me, however my daughter also expressed how awful their Noodles tasted. We could smell and taste the burned on it. I went back to the counter & a man by the name of Brandon assistant me. He seemed bothered for what I had told him. Did replace my food but but as I asked him to please put sauce over my teriyaki he made a remark, the sauce isn't burned. I told him again, it was the noodles not the chicken or sauce. When they replaced my daughters meal, again it had that burned smell. I told him again. He grabs it in a rude way, showing his frustration & tosses it in the garbage. He went back to make a new set of noodles for my daughters meal. Even though this last time the smell still had it, it wasn't as bad. But I'm thinking whatever they use to cook their meals in is old & used many times that they need to clean or replace their oil or stuff. Brandon looked upset at the fact I addressed the concerns on how the food smelled & tasted, since we were doing dine in, he goes to my table & grabs out food to throw it away and walks away still looking frustrated. At the moment I asked for his name, his attitude changed. No receipt given to us, as their excuse, they were out of paper. Definitely not going back to this restaurant.
The Manger in Valencia CA was very Ruth to me because I asked her I will wait for fresh Chaw Mae. She ask me to wait outside. She want to serve me the older ChaMae even the fresh was already made. I asked her her name she said she does not have to give it to me. I just walked out the restaurant.

Kinda a bunch of bull $#*! that I have to spend 20 minutes waiting on food, BECAUSE THE PEOPLE IN LINE BEHIND ME, ordered the same dish that I did, and because their order was smaller, EVEN THOUGHHHH, my order could have been filled, I'm waiting on the one thing I ordered, that was put in 3 drive through orders and the people behind me... Bunch of bull $#*!..
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
