Bad customer service

I went through the drive-through and ordered the shrimp they gave me beef and I haven't been beef in over a year
I took a bite before realizing now my stomachs $#*!ed up they told me I can't get a refund but I can get different food instead my stomach is too $#*!ed up to eat so I walked out

Poor customer service

I have tried your restaurant twice and both times the worse customer service ever. Both times either no sauce or very little sauce. When I told them i would not be back the clerk said that was fine. When I asked for a manager he refused to get one. I wont be back at your establishment ever again. Both times my orders were incorrect.! Very dissatisfied.!

7000 US HWY 19 North, Pinellas Park, Fl
I have tried the past 3 weeks to order on the app & all items not listed. Called store during break to place order & last two weeks they took it & it was fine. Call today & tell me they can't take orders over phone. I explained to her that the app didn't have all choices on it ( white rice, Teriyaki chick). Asked for manger & was told they don't have one. My shop orders food every Friday for the past 3 or 4 months from this Panda store. We will never order again! Not looking for anything at all!

They charge extra $1.25 For black Angus beef but they barely put meat in it. Most of time I go there I get most vegetables not meat. I like the food but seems like they scam you with this bs extra $1.25 and get so little meat in it.

The Upland CA store Always asks to donate your change to a bogus charity. Yesterday, my bill was $9.05, and the girl said she had NO CHANGE! She actually wanted to round my bill UP to $10.00! I said "no,
This is your fault, and she gave me an extra $1.00 so they lost a nickel. I am now notifying the Better Business Bureau.

The panda express in spokane aregreat. Unfortunately I live in Missoula, Montana which has the worst P. E. in the nation. Slow as can be. The assistant managers are so rude. It is to the point of hatefully rude. You are stupid and should not be asking questions!

Many are clueless on trying to ring up coupons, manager annoyed that i brought in a coupon. My 13 year old got it for school accomplishments. The bathroom was dirty with toilet paper on the floor and di i say that the rice was candy hard. I do not think they even have brown rice. A side of rice is white and over priced. Did i say management is rude. I am 67 and she was so condescending to me. Also she was not very articulate. She constantly used double negatives We didn't do nuthin different to the rice, was one

Very friendly staff. Food was terrible! Very bland! No seasoning, over priced for food. I'd never in my life want to waste my money on again! I almost wanted to just get my money back and leave. Instead I threw it away.

Ran out of soda would not refund money for drink..

Ran out of soda no out of order sign on soda fountain. Tried to return drink employee nor manager would return my money. So I returned my meal aswell but nope they would not return my money... called corp. Talked to Robert who was not to awfully nice about the issue... he is not interested in resolving either. Thanx for stealing my money..

WORST FOOD I EVER TASTED
September 21, 2021

I got my food and it tasted like they poured an entire salt shaker on my rice and noodles. The noodles were thin and tasted like roman noodles same spice as beef ramon. My chicken was burnt and hard. My shrimp was soggy and tasted like it was left in grease. The picture of the crab rangoon's speaks for itself! NOT ENJOYABLE FOR 12.00! Can I please get this flavor out of my mouth already? Happy they gave me my money back when I called the corporate office.

Terrible Service

Waiting in line during the Ida Hurricane twice I was allowed to wait in line for at least 35 to 45 minutes only to be turned away … The first night I was told the line cut off was 9: pm had already been in line 35 minutes 2nd time told only had enough food to last till 8pm sat in line 40 minutes…several cars were behind me at the time…BAD BUSINESS ‼‼. CLOSE OFF LINE DONT LET PEOPLE SIT AND THEN TURN THEM AWAY HUNGRY ‼‼‼I will never eat at any PANDAS AGAIN‼‼‼

I use to eat there a lot and liked it but have not done so for about 1 year. Man things have changed! Prices are crazy high for what you get and the food was terrible (dry and old tasting) all served with an attitude of "I don't really care you are here so hurry up and go away".

This must be a new marketing program I have not heard about "How to go out of business in 3 easy steps"

Really poor portions

The flavos are good prizes are exesive and portions are so poor the regular plate is loaded at half to tree cuarters only i visited 3 times a week and i desagre whit the portions and price.

The whole employee demographic has changed and impacted customer service and a truly negative fashion. From the order window to the drive thru window. (William of Blvd in port orange, Fl) used to be the most pleasant and professional people who demonstrated kindness as well as caring for us as customers. As of August last week and today the 12th, we've gone to unresponsive person at the order window to a rude and disrespectful person at the pick up window. We ordered a meal and specified a bottle of Coke. Which we always do. At the window, I was handed a fountain Coke, which time I said I wanted a bottle of Coke I can't drink fountain soda, waited a few seconds and tried to hand it to me again. I said it's not want I ordered. Individual looked at me with a snarl face which was very noticeable with a mask on and made me wait. He came back and handed me a warm bottle of coke and closed the window and walked away. I was left at the window in my car with a warm bottle of coke. The person in the vehicle with me looked at me and said that's not right. It appears he did it out of spite. So we headed home the more I thought about it, the more I got irritated over the disrespect that I experienced a panda express. So I called panda express in Port Orange and ask to speak to the manager. The same voice that took my order, and she said I am the manager. I explain to you back I adopted so much you know and then it should be addressed. She said you can come back I will give you a cold one. I said I'm already on the highway headed home so that won't be an option. She said so what do you want me to do and I said I think it needs to be addressed with you on that. Really? I find it hard to believe that this is the new culture of panda express and has to be an exception. But it does need to be addressed and rectified. It's a true injustice to panda express!
