For the last two months I've been trying to order the crunchy almond chicken breast, no luck at the shop on Baseline in east Mesa. When I bring it to the attention of the employs they just shrug it off. Also no spring rolls or egg rolls. They will not give me managers name or contact information. If you're looking for a Panda Express I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere. This has to be one of the worst shops I've ever seen. Go elsewhere folks this shop is not worth the trouble.
The Paris Texas location management is the worst. I'm sorry but I can not let this go. My son and I went there as we do often. I ordered our food at the drive thru and went home. My order was wrong so I had to go back. I explained to the girl at the window (Kayla) that my order was wrong. She closed the window and came back with a small box. I explained to her that by time I get back home for the second time that my food would be cold and wanted it replaced. She shut the window and threw her hands up! The manager (Diana) came to the window and I explained the problem to her so she took my food back and asked for my receipt then shut the window. She came back and handed me my bag of food. I check the food to make sure it was correct before driving off. It was the same order that I was trying to let them know was wrong. When I tried to explain to the manager that she did not fix my order she got really hateful. She was raising her voice and being rude about the whole situation. I had my nine year old son in the car with me and when I called her out on the way she was talking to me in front of him she apologized to him. I just paid $25 on two meals and just wanted my order to be made right! This girl is not manager material and does not know how to treat paying costumers. I understand that the girl at the window did not put in my order correctly and that kind of stuff happens so I am not even upset about that. I am very upset about the way the so called manager handled the situation. My son and I love Panda Express but unfortunately we will not be returning to this location.
Tried to get something to eat and they refused to serve me. They were in a Walmart parking. No walk up in Drive thru. I've been driving for 26 years. This job has went downhill fast. There are alot of truckers that are going to quit. It's all because of places like this. I hope places like this learn from this.
I went to Panda Express on Montana Ave in Santa Monica and I had the worst experience of all the panda express foods. The food was cold and old. It was also very oily and tasteless. The girls that worked there were also very bad behaved.
I have been always served a good amount of chicken and today only got 5 pieces of Grilled chicken and orange chicken which is not even 25% of normal amount. Never will come back unless they take care of this awful experience. Really cutting back on quantity without letting people know and charging more. Not cool and really sad situation with a lot of business of late. They can choose to ignore me but I know I am not alone when your business is hurting you due to bad customer service. Tried to call restaurant and don't answer and 800 number doesn't answer either
I've noticed that lately they hardly put any meat in the entrées, I think I counted three small tidbits of chicken in my Kung Pao chicken. I don't think I'll be going back for their food. The bowl I had was mainly rice and veggies and veggies were modest portions at best. I remember when I used to get more meat in veggies in the bowls. But I guess that's a thing of the past.
I usually don't write reviews, but they never have string bean chicken or honey chicken. They close their kitchen at 7:00 but don't close the restaurant until 9:00 so the food sits for up to 2 hours until they close so if you eat dinner after 6:30 don't expect to get anything you like.
I used to Enjoy going to panda Express. But now they have people there that plays Mexican music and they don't play the music over the intercom in the restaurant or have the TV on I don't care for this I don't like it I'm getting to the point to where I don't want to come anymore. What happened with the music over the intercom it's always Mexican music.
So I went there with my family, it was good and I was happy with my visit. Would go again if I was around.
The place was dark and they were out a lot of stuff. They never have tea. They put the food on sloppily. The food quality went down.
I am very disappointed my food was cold, it was not fresh chicken was hard, my rice was dry and over cooked and they brought me the wrong drink. I order an extra side of rice they didnt bring it. When I called the store the manager said the food was fresh when it left the store and the rice was accidentally left behind. I send them a picture of the phone and they said that wasn't from their restaurant. I said for sauce and napkins never got it. I will never order from this place again 25.00 wasted
Don't fall for this offer. They require a minimum order and by the time you check out what started out as a $8.00 order ends up being a $13.00 order. THEY recoup by having a S10.00 minimum order. TOTALLY MISLEADING
Panda expresses rice is not cooked it is always crunchy and never cooked good i give there rice a 4/10
Just order from Panda Express on Clinton Hwy in Knoxville Tn. Noodles(Hard) Broccoli,(hard) Orange Chicken (Hard and Spongie) will not order from there again. Waste of Money...
Awful food, nothing seemed original anymore, ordered white rice, recieved brown rice, besides that food was old and mooshie, wife got sick.
How is it that the ONLY seafood item on your menu has an upcharge. It would be nice if there were more seafood items, or a fair price for the ONLY seafood item. Thank you, a pescatarian that would LOVE to continue supporting you.
I have a valid complaint about the amount of orange chicken that they give you in a bowl. It's not supposed to be 20% orange chicken and 80% chow mein. That's just wrong. Making me rethink panda express.
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
