The food is great! I recommend eating at Panda Express! And the service is amazing and they never take long to make your food!
We ordered food at 6:30 and it was supposed to arrive at 7:12. It was left at the front desk at 7:40 cold, without the ordered sauce, cutlery, napkins and the $5 1/2 orders were ridiculously small. I spent $36 for a very bad experience. They sent a text asking how was the experience‽ I typed in a 1 for poor. They sent a link for more info that leads to a missing page! Started to contact my credit card company for a refund but decided just NOT to order from them ever again!
Panda express in schaumburg IL(at corner between Schaumburg rd and Barrington rd)have no enough food to offer to customers twenty minutes before the store close. They are no polite with the customers.
Food was very old had been sitting there for a while
Dry rice and not polite at all with customers
I wouldn't be surprised if the food is reheated
I am referring to Mansfield's location. First and last time I will buy an
Panda expresses pretty yum. Its not authentic but its good. The orange chicken is good and so is the chow mein and the fried rice.
It kinda sucks I hate the vegetables and the noodles are too short, but he orange chicken is great but it's too big
Greasy overcooked OR leftovers from yesterday or day before.
DONT BUY. Go to a different company for chinese food..
Panda closes at 9pm we got there at 8:30 said we couldn't go in they were closed. Waco, TX off bosque AVE. Poor service, lazy.
I came though the drive thru and my card kept declining. They helped me out so much. When I say they gave me the sweetest reaction. They handed me my food and said it's okay just take it. Thank you guys so much for being so kind.
Stopped by panda express yesterday afternoon and purchased orange chicken for my husband and I. It was so good, the rice was fluffy, and the chicken was crispy. The orange sauce was delicious. Didn't like the crab Rangoon though.
Not even a 1 star, food use to be delicious, now the last 2 times food has been very disappointing, no flavor, Just plain nasty! Will not be eating here any longer!
Ordered mushroom chicken in the drive thru. Tried to add broccoli. Told cant add broccoli. I asked if they serve beef and broccoli. They said yes/ I said ok just add some and charge me for it. They said no. I said ok. Was told to pull aside and they would bring it out. I asked how long? They said 5-10 min. I pulled aside. After 20 minutes, I went inside. One other person in drive-thru and they gave up and left. 3 people eating inside. Asked about my order. They handed it to me (ice cold) and when I asked how long it had been there I was told about 15 min. Incredulous! Too lazy to walk 20 steps (like they said they would) to bring my order out. NO business! NO orders! Just lazy! Never go there! Big mistake. When asked I was told by mgr to just be glad I was in the drive-thru. Walk-in customers must wait behind ALL drive-thrus, and if you are there to pickup... or doordash, you are at the back of the line.
Ive been going to Panda Express ever since they opened. Their food was good plentiful and fulfilling but in time they have gone downhill fast their food was very tasty in fact I went there tonight for dinner their fried rice... mushy... the Beijing beef I had five little pieces of meat in a cardboard container and the shrimp is so small the Honey Nut shrimp I'm not even sure if there was shrimp in it not to mention they forgot my kung pao chicken that I ordered but it's just sad to see that nobody takes pride in their food or whatever they're selling it's all about quantity not quality everything's hooked to the wallet.
I give Panda Express one star it's changed I don't like it they've gone downhill and I'm not going back they need to do something about their portions of their food and a lot of their employees don't know what they're doing they're confused. I'm just one person that's my opinion and that's what I think so there it is.
It was terrible. The food taste old and i patronize before and it wad like this. But i will never go back again. I think it was close to closing around 8:30.
I asked politely if I van purchase another teriyaki sauce the cashier politely said no and I asked if I purchase more teriyaki can I get another sauce with it the ladie that served the food shouted across the store while helping another customer saying no we cannot sell you another sauce this was very rude I was not even speaking with this ladie and she rudly shouted at me this is a horrible experience
Food was absolutely horrible noodles were undone noodles inside eggroll were rubbery and looked to wormlike
The food tastes mass produced and frozen. They managed to burn the egg rolls and crab racoon. When my order was delivered a 25.00 plate was missing with no way to get refunded. Never again
Has not been affiliated with Panda Express except for the fact I enjoy their food occasionally Venus no plow driver in Northern Texas and Southern Oklahoma I took note this morning... After a hard winter's blast here in the area being a snow plow driver I noted one of the only restaurants you showing ill concern for their employees was Panda Express. As I noted Chick-fil-A, McDonald's and other such large restaurants being closed due to the weather. I know that this person trying to get in the parking lot to there Panda Express restaurant. However most unfortunately the poor young lady had to drive back down the hill go around to the reverse side of the building to get into the parking lot to unlock and open the doors to the Panda Express restaurant. Being a California based company I agree and understand you probably don't realize the treacheries and danger involved in an ice and snowstorm especially in Northern Texas and Southern Oklahoma. These are states that have very few plows little to no salt for roads and just no idea of the danger factors there are involved in Winter travel. As much as I enjoy Panda Express food from time to time this is never going to leave my mind from this day forth. To the folks making the determining Factor that Panda Express should be open on a day such as this... Tisk tisk tisk. After reading your policy your family concerns and other such on your website. I know that a good portion of that stuff is bull! Perhaps you need to think about one of your family members going off the road into a ditch in teen digit degree temperatures and being stuck roadside with nobody knowing where they're at. Although I understand making money is an important thing, not at your employee's risk of life. Again I repeat shame on you Panda Express.
Answer: Phone or email seems to work but, what's the point? Corporate does not appear to have a handle on service and quality.
Answer: Beware of ordering gift cards online from Panda Express. They say they ship in 3-5 days, but when you call asking where your card is, they tell you it takes 15 days. On day 15 they say to call back for a refund, but when you do, they won't give you one. They direct you back to the website contact form, which will not submit.
Answer: The food quality took a steep nose dive. Don't eat there.
