Ordered from you folks before and satisfied with your products, instructions, and customer service. Website is easy to use and lots of products and accessories to make our car repairs thorough and great.
Received the spray cans but have not used any of them as yet. Ordered items were nicely packaged and protected, with reasonably prompt shipping.
I ordered paint for an old 4runner and after a couple weeks I sent an email asking what was going on, and received a response pretty fast. Turns out that I had made a mistake on the address when ordering. They helped me out and I got my paint just a few days later. Paint match turned out amazing for a truck over 25 years old too!
I ordered a box with spray cans and a touch up kit. Tested the spray cans as per recommendation and after an initial blob of darker paint, the correct color was there.
The paint and clear protective coat pens arrived and a friendly collision repair company
Who recommended your touch up paint products kindly did the touch up for me at no cost
They are so perfect on having the right color number match. I usually use them for blends on something I'm not going to paint the whole thing. I'm so happy with the results.
Perfect color match, as usual. I used it to paint some color matched bumper plugs since I don't need a front plate on my truck, to fill the factory holes.
I was very pleased at the quick delivery of the paint I ordered. I have several other colors I will eventually need and will be happy to be a repeat customer😁
Easy to navigate site. Great info. I have an older rv and was happy to find you had the colors I was looking for :)
Easy to use and matches perfectly. I was worried because it's a 10 year old paint job but it looks great. It's on a 1960 Impala convertible valued at $85k so it had to look good and it does!
Good. Things are good. I have no questions or problems. I appreciate the fact that you guys want me to fill out 50 words but it's annoying that I have to do that.
I ordered touch up paint and primer and clear coat for my 1973 corvette and the paint is a perfect match to the color of the car. I would definitely recommend PaintScratch for your touch up paint needs.
Website ordering was pretty much straight forward. I think there were a couple of glitches when ordering multiple items, but nothing too had to overcome.
The paint is super thick, i'm not sure if this is normal. Since I had reached out to customer service before I received my order, and no one ever got back to me, I didn't see the point in trying again. Additionally, the thinner I purchased leaked in transit and I lost a fair amount. Again, I did not reach out to customer service for the same reason I previously stated.
My new truck got a couple scratches from shopping carts due to people just being people. The paint match was very good and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
When I placed my order I received an error message telling me my order couldn't be processed. I decided to try again later-never did-but received the paint pens as ordered.
Paint Scratch kept me in the loop during the whole process between order and delivery. Delivery happened within the specified time frame. The paint was a perfect color match.
Everything was easy and simple to understand. The color match was phenomenal and made me look like a pro. I'm not a pro, I'm just a dude with a rattle can but the color match was so good the little project looked pretty decent when I was done.
While the paint received was an exact match, and of high quality. I did not like having to contact my credit card merchant and having my order cancelled after placing it once. It was a slight inconvenience, but an inconvenience nonetheless.
My paint is a tri-coat paint and so far, testing the paint pens on the included glossy sheet is not anything I would want on car. Allowing the base coat to drive overnight, 8+ hours at 60°F, the midcoat still starts dissolving the base coat. All but impossible to apply thin coats without streaking. If I can't get better results, this will be a total bust.
Ordered paint pen for touch up work. Shipped within a week, then got lost in transit evidently. Finally received order a couple weeks later after calling customer service and asking for a tracking number. Haven't got to use pen(s) yet but at least ordering process was fairly easy.
I have been looking for this color for a while. Not only did they have the color I was looking for it matched perfectly and it was in an aerosol can. Couldn't ask for anything more. Will definitely be ordering on my next project.
