I doubt I will buy from here again. Your service was charged for both tickets. I could understand 1 fee for the whole order but each ticket is little much.
I like that it made getting tickets to my first event so easy! But the service fees almost had me double thinking using something else instead

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY - bought Chelsea vs Barc tickets back in Jan, flew 8 VIP guests out to the match and they cancelled my ticket order at 6.12pm ON THE NIGHT OF THE MATCH after lying to me all day that they would arrive by 5pm! The match started at 8.45pm.
We bought 4 tickets for Barcelona game and 4 tickets for PSG game that was originally scheduled for April 1st but the game was rescheduled and we wont be in Paris on the date. We sent so many emails, we called customer service two times and they said we have to wait for a response, they waited to call us 2 days before the game to let us know that they cannot do anything about it because the tickets are ready to be dispatched. Im very disappointed because they dont have any consideration also Ricardo from the customer service was really, really rude.
