Quick and easy. So far so good hoping everything works out. I've never use online ticket express before online. I'm hoping everything works out. Very quick and easy. If everything works out I would be willing to use them again if not I never will ever use them again. But then again I might not use them again if I have to put in 100 words just to verify that I'm happy. This seems to be a little ridiculous.

I placed an order for two football tickets for Liverpool vs Cardiff. Site and person on chat said that I would get the seats together 'GUARANTEED'. I then placed an order for an additional (third) ticket for the same game. I spoke to the person on the chat as well who told me to place my order as quickly as possible so that they could link my two orders so that I may get the three seats together. I was in London up to the day before the match but I received an email asking for a shipping address in Liverpool. I gave them my hotel information for Liverpool. I was contacted by an individual who told me that he had one of my tickets and to collect at a pub near Anfield on the day of the game. On the morning of the game I still had no idea what was taking place with my other two tickets. I had to keep calling their number until they finally answered. I was told that the tickets were delivered to my hotel. To my surprise this was not the case. I called again and the guy was so rude over the phone. First of all, I paid three times the price of an original ticket and secondly, the game was less than three hours away so I had many questions to ask and assurances needed. I finally received information that the tickets were to be collected at another pub close to the ground. When I received the tickets NONE OF THE SEATS WERE NEXT TO EACH OTHER. I was so disappointed. These tickets are a scam. People are buying season tickets and are just selling them for ridiculous prices. This site does not care about you or how much you spend. I will never do business with them again and I encourage people to stay away

Easy, clear. Would have liked better info on delivery method. Site asked me to choose one but then gave me no delivery options from which to choose. Confusing. Assuming the ticket will be emailed to me or be at Will Call.Is that correct? Please respond in your follow up.
It was great. Should include service charges when looking for tickets so you know what you're looking at for a final price while shopping.
Shopping experience was good. The vendor service fee is outrageous and disguises the true price of the tickets. I checked other vendors, and you remain competitive even with the extra fee.
