Easy to use, only wish we could see pics of seating/arena since we've never been but other that that great!

Quick and easy, cheaper than venue site. Fees were a little steep, but still cheaper than other sites.

The site is very easy to use. But I believe the service charge at $34 a ticket is too much. We aren't getting actual tickets. We are printing them at home using our own printer with ink and paper.

33% service fees are highway robbery. The convince is fine, but another $7.50 to print my own tickets. BIG thumbs down

Very fast, and easy with tickets emailed within 5 minutes. NO, it's not the cheapest way to get tickets, but if you want immediate gratification that you will get the tickets and seats you want, it's the way to go!
