So far fedex has lost my delivery. How can you loose a couch? This company seems to think their duty is over. Nope. Gonna get on this fixed.

Not world class quality products (that kinda Ikea stuff), but have made my daughter and son happy having their new desks to study at home. Good price, timely delivery, and easy to assemble.
I ordered from Walmart and it was actually fast shipping. I immediately assemble it, and there are instructions and complete materials. My only concern is that while assembling the step 3, I realize that the holes in the wood were on the opposite side. I just had to deal with it since I don't have the material to fix it. But when I finished assembling it, overall, I'll recommend buying this because it's really perfect for organizing and really spacious.
Ordered a Christmas carnival horse outdoor yard decoration ( through the Walmart site) and received a reindeer instead ( which was listed for 30$ cheaper than the horse I ordered).
Contacted both Wal-Mart and OJ Commerce and stated I was happy to keep the reindeer but wanted to be reimbursed the price difference ( I had already ordered another horse and it came in 3 days).
It took OJ Commerce over a week to get back to me with a valid response on the matter. They want me to ship back the reindeer at my expense and even charge me a restocking fee for THEIR MISTAKE prior to shipping me the correct item.
This is fraudulent and I intend to get an attorney involved.
I not only will never order another item from them again... but I will warn as many other people to avoid this company AND never order from Walmart online either.
So disappointed.
I had never heard of this company before and am glad I found them. The item I purchased was exactly as described and good quality. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them in the near future.
I purchased a bunk bed from this place and went through hoops to get an update on the shipment. When I placed the order, their website showed "in stock" and the rep even told me that it will ship out tomorrow. Tomorrow came, I received an email to find out that my order is canceled and my refund will take 1-3 business days to reflect in my bank. If you have not ship the order why drawn the money out? Spoke to their rep and manager, nothing they can do, this company is very dishonest and no integrity. Ojcommerce is very unreliable and inaccurate, bad business. Would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Do NOT buy from them, they'll take your money before the shipment is created with NO products in stock.
I received my daughter's bed within a week of ordering it. The quality of the furniture is better than expected, I assembled it solo when it called for 2 people. So it was pretty user friendly instructions. My daughter loves her bed!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! They will take your money, and push your order back WEEK AFTER WEEK. I ordered this couch on July 23rd, and they told me it would be shipped out August 11th. Then they pushed it back to August 14th-16th. I called in today and now they are saying it wont ship out until September 29th! That is RIDICULOUS! The money has already been taken from my account and I have to wait 2 months for my couch to ship? More like two months for them to tell me that they wont be able to ship it out until December 2021. I AM FED UP. This is the WORST website to purchase any item on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I ordered the Java tree medium for my Amazon mealy parrot and I LOVED IT! (Toys not included of course) but they have Fast shipping and great quality products! Definitely would recommend and order from them again if I need anything else!

This flag was just what my son needed to decorate his dorm room. It is a quality product and it arrived much sooner than expected.
I bought this cart through Amazon to hold all the individual appliances that I occasionally use. Assemble was easy and the end result looks great as well as being very functional. It came with wheels, but I only used the stationary feet as I don't move the unit around.
The two zero gravity chairs arrived quickly, without any damage, and they are being put to good use! They are attractive, comfortable and sturdy, and the price was definitely right.
I ordered my indoor/outdoor rug from Walmart.com after seeing an ad on FaceBook. The quality is outstanding and is absolutely perfect for under my kitchen table! From a distance it looks like a vintage Turkish rug but is durable and washable. It is perfect!
Learn something new abt online order through Walmart, but it's shipped by OJCommerce, couldn't say it is a bad experience throughout, becz it was my error in ordering wrong item for our living room. Market side and OJC both are good in responding back via email or phone, no question abt it. They do charge shipping back fee, but that's their policy. By the way they do have lots of good selection of furniture on their website.
The assembly instructions Had no words just pictures and numbers and were a little difficult to follow. The quality was not what I expected either.
I was very disappointed when it arrived with a crack. The desk is very nice and durable and loved the color. The shipping was super fast. I can not return it, my son needs for school now!
