Beware, if your package gets lost or stolen they will not do anything for you unless you provide a fedex claim code. The trick is that to fill up a claim you need the address of the sender which is only usa and canada (not china). Therefore, no code, no help! I recently buy from them, I was going out on a trip for 10 days so I contacted them 1 month in advance to make sure i coordinate someone to pick up my package but they assured me that none of my packages would arrive during that period. Both packages arrived during that period and one got lost... They did not refund me, gave me credit, anything. They only got me writing back and forth with them, with fedex, and with someone else on whatssap for about 8 days. At the end: No code, no help!

Ordered and shipped within a reasonable time via FedEx. FedEx is stating delivered, however I Filed a claim with FedEx and reached out to Niaho sales. Both companies are telling me to reach out to the other. All I wanted was the product to sample for my store. I haven't received the items or a refund. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order for a GOLD necklace. I received SILVER. Ok, no problem. They're human and got the order wrong. Well, I place a SECOND order for the GOLD necklace and again I receive SILVER. I contact customer service and was told "yes, we will ship the gold necklace". All good right? Well, I want to know when it would be shipped and if I would get an email notification. Lo and behold I get transferred to three other people and guess what?! "We see that you ordered GOLD and received SILVER, but we can't fix our errors. Order it again". Why?! Why should I spend more money on shipping when it's just ONE GOLD necklace that they keep messing up on? They do not know how to read an order and are not willing to work with their customers. Worst customer service. They lied to me!
